Family Hyundai has Always been a "Listen to Their Customer" type of Dealershp for Me! That's Important!! And They're Always a Pleasant Team, even when They are swamped. Kudos to George("Skip") in Sales, Colin & Mike in Service Dept. A+ for theTeam!! Thx Guys!!!!

Got a call for an interview for Friday and I had called back only to be told that it had to be the wrong store…the number listed on Google literally called my phone. I’ve been unemployed for 3 months after being laid off from my last employer and this is just making me more frustrated at this point.

Oh, good prices but there are always things that are not ordered, they hinder carts with merchandise blocking the way, well, a disaster and besides, they close early on the 9th wing, they say that they close on the 10th wing, the employees drag their feet out of laziness, there is no bad service.

I love shopping in the dollar section ok I went to buy toilet paper price 1 dollar nice scent lavender so manager say 1.15 15cent more price 1dollar brought 10 so I dispute him till I got for 1 dollar. So he said next person 115 so I said you better put right price not 1 sale. Not so friendly. Once price say dollar on item you can't change to 15cent more. I shop for sales when on tight budget.

the one in matteson on Lincoln highway is the worse, will never shop there again. the manger is the rudest employee cashier very nice young girl. she did not honor their coupon, wanted to argue about the pic on their sign, not here for it, just put items back, in rethinking it should have left all that rap there. never returning, thanks but no thanks too many other "dollar stores" to shop at.
