Used to work here and im glad they kept up with the vibes. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and educated with the information I needed for the announcement and clarity for Borderlands 4 I appreciate, keep it up.

Good customer service. I don't like some of their policies that they change like you can't use your points for purchases on gift cards. Other than that, really good customer service. Very helpful.
