Worst customer service ever. You will get better conversation and advice if you go get food at Mcdonalds for a $1. These people charge fees big time. Karl is the worst person I had ever dealt with. He filled the tax under single even tho I kept telling him it should be married but separately because im not divorced yet and I was married at the end of the year . He kept saying its against the law to file married if we were not together for more than six months. HUH! he is a lawyer now too ! Didn't advise me on any part of my return at the end he told me go ahead and sign , after I signed I was charged $453.(Before we started I asked how much it will cost he said not more than $200.) Are u kidding me ? When I asked what is that high fee for he said its because I created your profile ? LOL . That is my whole federal return right there. After I saw another tax person to check the return , turns out that Mr.Dont worry I know what Im doing (apparently he is in the business since he is 13th and he is still employee for hourly rate talks about the fact how much he actually knows) added my personal 1099(13k) to the business and made it seem like the business had a loss. Horrible. The manager Tiffany is twice bad as her employee Karl. When I expressed my concerns the same day to the National Care Service they called their store right away and then the underwriter Conchita - Connie who works at the Tinley Park location. Since that moment , I have been trying to get a hold of Tiffany or Connie. Unfortunately seems like these days is so hard to get someone to help you even if you are paying them. Tiffany said let me call you right back , guess what ? Never called never answered the text I send her explaining my concerns. The lady Connie called saying the tax was corrected and didn't say nothing more than that. I called her she is "always on the phone" according to the lady that answers the phone , left 4 voicemails no call back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PLACE THAT ACTUALLY APPRECIATES CUSTOMERS! For $500 you should be at least here to answer my questions. I will make sure that no one from the people I know will go to any of their locations EVER.
