They always have my medications in stock and they always add the coupon without me having to remind them. They also always prepare my scripts so quickly. Most reliable, consistent and organized Walmart that I have ever experienced.

I was there yesterday and as usual when you see the workers and they see you coming, they try to go in a different direction for the Most I was in the garden center 5 or 6 peoples was working over there will just said he was over there. Maybe they was just hanging out chilling from what it looks like to me. No one could help me they didn't have any knowledge of the different plants and flowers. I didn't know if they had what I was looking they should not put someone in a department that they have no knowledge of what they are doing. they should make sure they know, something about the area that they're working in I needed help, but they couldn't help me

Unfortunately, I avoid this Walmart location. Even if I need just 1 item, I will drive to another one. Some of the female employees here can be very rude with bad attitudes, and I think how can that be if you are working in customer service? One time, I entered the self check out lanes because I did not have a lot of items and wanted to ring up my own items. Each item I rung up had the wrong price (as a friendly tip, take a photo of the price of your items because the shelf price says one price while the register price is much higher). So the first time, I called over the female employee I spotted and when she looked at me, she rolled her eyes as if I was "bothering her" but I could tell from where she was positioned, the self check out lanes was a part of her job :|. She comes over, does not speak when spoken to and as I am showing her the price was wrong, she says nothing but looks at my phone and enters it in and walks away. I am a pretty high tolerance person so I shrugged it off and said under my breath "I hope I don't have to bother you again." Sure enough, another item rung up wrong, and then another and another. Each time, I could sense her anger building and the last time, she rudely spoke and said "Move over so I can change it." Why did she say that. I immediately addressed her rudeness and told her I can have someone else help me since it seems to be troubling for you. She literally gets into an argument with me, yelling and talking loudly while I calmly searched for another employee and asked if the manager could come over. I hate being the person to tell on people, but there was no way I was going to allow this person to disrespect me and I was nothing but nice to her. I explain to the manager what happened and she immediately agreed with me that the female employee was in the wrong and she apologized for her actions. From the time I paid for my items to the time I arrived home, I promised myself to never visit this location again, even if I need 1 small item. Customer service is everything, and it really baffles me when people like this employee interviews for customer service jobs and say they are customer service oriented. No, you are not; you are pay check oriented. Really sad.

9 out of 10 employees were not wearing masks correctly under a state wide indoor mask mandate....I tried to call the store to complain but no answer ar 1115 am ....I reported the store to the health dept

Some of the reviews mentioned typical Walmart issues. Sadly, I have low to no expectations of the customer service experience at Walmart. I'm writing this review to commend the sales associates I've interacted with on several occasions at this location. They've been friendly, helpful and professional, especially the workers who bring online order items to your car. Good job guys!

I was shopping for storage Tots in Olympia Field IL and all there was lids into which I needed. I brought the items to cashier. She went to ask a manager and was not seen for 15 minutes. She came back and told me "they will not sell me just the lids" I told them there are no containers to be found all there are is lids. She said, "No we will not sell the lids alone to you" I went to find the General manager of the store. I asked a few services clerks. My return remarks were.." I don't know where he is" "Can You find him/her for me please? " Remarks. Ah, humm. It might take a while" I saw they had 2way radios! Yup. Absolutely no one was willing to speak to me or help me!! The overall experience I've had with WalMart in Illinois for the last 2 years every time I go, the items I am looking for are gone. I'll return the day if delivery. Still no items to be found. Miles of shelf space empty. WalMart has lost my business! Will a Walmart promotions executive ever reach out to me. I will not hold my breath. They lost my trust. I am sure millions of other people as well. I don't see Walmart last past 5 years without closing thousands of stores!

I was shopping last night with my daughter and a lady hit me with her scooter , she is so argumentative and never even say sorry to me or even excuse me before she run over me by the grocery scooter that she is driving , I let the staff at front to let them know bec the lady left so fast with scooter instead they call the police hanging around outside and by the time she's gone , they tried to look at the cctv and let me wait until it's been so long and all they say is that I should run after her the lady and took her information bec they will not be responsible with what happens and that's not their worker that hit me inside the store , all I want is for them to get my information bec my knees are so hurting now and my hips too ! I asked if they have ice and they say No ! No associate or manager in duty they say that's was like 630 pm last night . I called today and been waiting at my phone for almost 25 mins waiting for them to transfer me to the manager on duty to make a conplain , until I decided to hang up . I won't shop at Walmart anymore ! So bad that they never even asked if I'm okay or not ! Never offered if I need help and no ice . The worker that is assigned at the cctv keep texting someone else while talking to us . All my friends says why I shopped at Walmart and of course they don't ! That is why ! Now I have to stop going to Walmart bec unprofessional workers and no manager on site to answer and take care of this things .

Some of the workers at this location are very unprofessional tonight I had a problem with a associate at the self check out In i was checking out , she comes over saying something's not right in i had asked her what did she mean in she was basically saying I didn't scan all my items and the basket in I did so I told her to cancel the items so I can show her, she did in there were other people asking for help as well in she's next to me trying to harassing me for no reason so I'm scanning the items again in my total was 72.01 so she watched me scan all my items and gone tell me something is wrong its supposed to be 90 something dollar but my right total was 72.01in she's steady trying to argue with me about a total she made up in her head but I scanned everything on the scanner in it says 72.01. Most of the associates are very very unprofessional in there where no mangers or supervisors to be found.

How is the store open for service but the customer service counter close at 10pm then the store should be closed at 10 pm receipt in hand it was 10:05pm and I just wanted to exchange my item, you have to come back tomorrow what kind of mess is that.

One of the BEST Walmart's I have been at in the southeast suburbs. The manager's here are doing something right. EVERY time I have come to this location to shop, employees I have come in contact with have offered to help or assist. I shop at this Walmart at least once a week. The employees also greet you. It's also kept clean. I have stopped shopping at the Walmart in the town I live in because it is filthy and employees rude. I have NEVER experienced a bad employee at this Walmart. Kudos to the managers they need to show other Walmart's how to treat customers.

This Walmart is an absolute nightmare.....in every single sense of the word. Messy cluttered aisles, stocking carts blocking access to shelves, shelves & freezer cases that are empty, tons of merchandise in the wrong spots, horribly apathetic & downright unfriendly employees, 2 registers open......with about 5-8 people in each line & only one side of the self checkout lanes open n it was PACKED. I left my filled cart in the aisle & went to Meijer......sure I'll pay a bit more but it's worth it not having to deal with this place.

I come here a couple of times to do some shopping and my experience was not pleasant the the past few times. I heard an employee named rashad call a costumer a faggot and seen him digging in his ass touching the fruit. That is the nasties shit I have ever seen. And last time I went about a week ago this employee named Qt was giving me lots of attitude and was being rude when I asked where the pillows are. You guys need to get better workers.

The people here make the experience great. Frank at the self checkout and the male security guard are always pleasant and on top of their jobs . I like going here when they are here they make the shopping experience a happy and non stressful one.

My neighborhood Walmart so I go here quite often however it's one of my least favorite Walmarts. They have some kind of shady policies in place at this specific store. The first one is the fact that they won't price match, Ive never heard of a Walmart that doesn't price match. I think they do it because they figure they can get away with it because of the minority's population that resides near this store. Not a good policy and plain out wrong.
