“I recently visited this CVS and Matt at the front register was so kind, helpful and intentional when providing me with assistance.
Also, the pharmacy staff was amazing. As a school nurse, I had to safely dispose of outdated and other medications by law. The pharmacist provided me with the information and guidance needed to dispose of the medications in an appropriate area near the pharmacy.
This was one of the best experiences that I have had. I had help with what I needed and the atmosphere and staff were all great. Keep it up. Thank you all.”

“Our area is fortunate in having a 24-hour pharmacy at this location as medical needs do not always operate in a predictable time frame. They have served the community for many years. I needed a COVID test recently, made an appointment and found that the pharmacy was experiencing either a very large volume of business or a need for employees (this was in the morning hours on a weekday). As it turned out from the test results the test was botched and useless. Fortunately I went to the Chicago Heights CVS store and they got the job done. I am reluctant to criticize this store but in this case will have to mention the problem that cropped up here.”
