Prescriptions were sent to 24 hour pharmacy around 8:30Pm. I woke up to see they were still in progress. I called the pharmacy to try and figure out what the hold up was but no luck.I was on hold for over an hour. They pick up the phone and place you on hold again and again and again. Ended up transferring my prescriptions to another location and they were ready within an hour. This is by far the WORST Walgreens I have ever been to and I will NEVER come back. Go to the one off Vollmer instead.

Sent in a prescription refill on a Sunday, was supposed to be ready after 7 on Monday. I called to make sure they would have it in stock, they said yes. That didn't happen. Instead there was a delay cause the system wouldn't update. Then I come in Tuesday when they said it gonna be ready and they only had a partial refill ready and they had to order more. Now it's Thursday, they said it would be here and ready and still nothing. I was in Minnesota taking care of my family and drove down to get my prescription. Planning on being back in Minnesota Tuesday night. Now because of the incompetence of Walgreens' pharmacy, not necessarily all the people at the pharmacy, but most. My family is stressing trying to do everything around the house and taking care of sick parents, multiple dogs, etc. The pharmacy, the app/website and the phone line all say something else. If you don't a super common prescription don't go here. Go anywhere else. This is the third time I've had to wait an extended period of time for my prescription. How hard is it to have stock of prescriptions for people in the system that have active refills?

The pharmacist tech helped me over the phone and getting my adress corrected for my children and I. She even was able to send my children medicine by delivery. Thank you keep you all for all that you do.

This is by far the worst place to get a prescription refilled. They have you on hold for eternity. When the phone rings they pickup then hang up. I know they picked up I hear talking in the back ground this happened 4 times in 1 hour. This is very unprofessional service. I see why they are closing up a lot of them. I’m switching companies.

Pharmacy closed again 4/16/25 @6:45 came back @ 7:45 PM . No signs saying when or if they might reopen so I could pickup my Wife's medication. CVS, OSCO or even Walmart are much better options

If your children have state medical DO NOT PUT THEIR PERSCRIPTIONS HERE THEY WILL DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THEM AND They WILL refused the state insurance which is illegal.. they declined it saying and I quote “I don’t know but it dont work” … I contacted other Walgreens who informed me that no other Walgreens or even CVS has this problem. I asked for it to be transferred to another place they said I can’t request it to have the other pharmacy call. The other pharmacy has attempted to reach out 17 times and stayed on hold for 2 hours with no answer. Now I called this morning and have been on hold for over an hour get the pick up changed abd they are picking up the phone and putting it back on hold repeatedly hoping I hang up. My son is 1 years old with a 104.6 temp and they do not care to help. You can tell they all hate their job and I believe they are sabotaging medicine purposely. Someone needs to reach out with a fast resolution

The worst pharmacy ever! They never answer the phone! I literally sat on hold for almost 1hr to speak to a pharmacist. They don’t take customers health seriously! No urgency whatsoever! I can’t wait to call the corporate office, I’m sure they don’t know how poorly they treat customers.

Service is beyond slow, they’re always being and they have Terrible customer service. My son had an ear infection in both ears. We left the hospital at 9am and his prescription was sent over by the doctors. After giving Tylenol to sooth the excruciating pain I visited the pharmacy around 1pm and they were on break. I waited in my car over an hour only to go back in and find out the prescription was not ready. They told me to come back in 2 hours and the prescription STILL WASNT READY. This time they told me they would send a text when the medication was ready for pick up. It is now 9:48pm and I am still waiting. I called in to the pharmacy twice and after being on hold for 52 minutes I was hung up on still with no resolution. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this location at all costs

The wait time on the phone is outrageous. I called with a question regarding a prescription and I’ve been on hold for 22 minutes. They pick up the phone and put me back on hold.
