This review is for the pharmacy. They never have your prescription ready. I end up waiting every time I go. They need an entirely new staff including the pharmacist.

Rude customer service. I expect no more from a poorly educated individual with cheap nail polish. I recommend a raise to be able to afford a decent hair stylist, it would appeal to customer relations if the lady at the photo counter was the least bit presentable.

I hate my doctor incorrectly sent my prescription to this location. They have the most incompetent, rude, unprofessional, non-communicative employees I have ever encountered. They don't run your insurance. Tend to make decisions based on old, outdated information. Leave you on hold for hours never coming back to the phone and will disconnect the call stating they are now on lunch. They charge higher prices than the cost of the medications. They lie at the drop of the hat. No one appears to want to work at this location. ? Instead of getting better they continue to progressively get worse and worse. I'm amazed that they are still in business at all.

Just rude!I’m in this Walgreens location and saw an employee in uniform, and I asked the direction of the FedEx counter she immediately goes before I could even finish “ I’m not on the clock.”I replied, I just had a small question, she replied, even louder “ I’m not on the clock!”Just rude for no reason at all !

I love this store. The staff is always very professional, understanding, patient, and helpful. And welcome back to a neighborhood employee "Donnie". Going here is like being around family.

Poor customer service. 30 minute Long lines the customer in line requested for the manager to come help her employees. There were on 2 cashiers up front. The manager refused to help, she said that her shift was about to end and she was going home. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It was pure chaos!!!! I tried to call customer service and was hung up on. Overall experience was trash! I will not be visiting this location again!Location was in Crestwood, IL.

The store staff is friendly and helpful, but the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. I've had to step out of line to leave many times.

I shopped at this Walgreens this past week. Typically the staff are very friendly and professional. However; this time there was a young lady at the register with long braids and it seemed as if though she was rude or disturbed by waiting on customers. I had to go in her line more than once, due to the fact that I had to pick up another item and both experiences were the same. Please watch your film and see how staff is treating your customers. Your name is your brand and you don't want anybody ruining it.

This is my favorite Walgreens! Everybody is so nice and pleasant every single time I come in. Especially the short female cashier that works weekday evenings she is so sweet!

The Pharmacy is very short staffed when going to get a vaccine ( I had an appointment) . I didn’t receive my shot until 35-40 mins after my appt time. At one point I wanted to ask if they needed some help back there. I work in the healthcare field, I felt embarrassed for them. Also during vaccine season (flu and now Covid). They need to have an extra pharmacist. They could be giving out shots while the other pharmacist is completing pharmaceutical tasks. Walgreens as a company needs to do better.

This pharmacist was very rude, I took my 16 year old son for his booster shot on 2/26/22. Our appointment was for 11:15am, we arrived early 10:45am. We didn’t get seen( No one else there for any shots) we didn’t get seen until 11:45am. When the white male pharmacist came out he called my son, I went over with him being a minor. He had my son standing, my son asked him if he can have a seat while he give him the shot? He said yeah have a seat! He gave him the injection, he didn’t say have a seat for 15 minutes or anything! This location is the worst, I hope they close up very soon. This isn’t the first time I have had problems at this location. Rude, very rude. No customer service skills at all!

This review is for the pharmacies booster process only. OMG!!! Don't bother making an appointment online, or downloading the form. Because you'll fill out a different form and you'll wait at least 30 mins before you're processed.I arrived 15 minutes early as specified online. Don't bother with that either, I was told I was too early, REALLY!! Albeit they were servicing the drive thru, there was no one inside (other than me ) for at least 30 minutes. I tried to make it convenient for myself as well as the pharmacy staff but to no avail. So just show up and wait, because that's what you'll do anyway.
