Elantroy Teamlead and Alana are the absolute worst managers I have encountered in my 52 years of life. My online order was saying that it had been picked up. Alana was clueless and Elantroy was especially sassy as he twitched his eyes and looked and his watch and told me sarcastically I could get my money back or get the item, it doesn't matter to him. If u have a camera please review the footage, unbelievable.

Good prices good pick up service for food. But the drive threw box for pharmacy is too heavy and hard to put in.Too hard to get a riding cart to go in.im handy cap there's no place to sit to wait for a riding cart so I have to leave. easier at Meyers they have plenty of carts and a benches to sit on

Always clean and well stocked. Sometimes it's difficult to find an associate for assistance. Greeters are always pleasant and customer service usually has multiple people to handle the crowd.

I really wish they had more actual people checking you out. The self checkouts are okay for 20 item's but cart fulls are ridiculous and the reason lines are so long and frustrations run high. Then you want to check my work at the door.

NO STARS! DO NOT DO A PICK UP ORDER HERE !!!!!!!!!!This is by far one of the WORSTE Walmart's I ever experienced ! Yesterday was my first time doing a pick up order, I get there at the time window I chose , there was only 1 car ahead of me when I got there. After 20 mins I have yet to receive my items ! people that pulled up after me were getting their pick up orders ! So I called the pick up number and asked what's going on? my order was ready I have been here where is my order.10 Mins later They come out with my order and load my car. I get all the way home and OUT OF 31 ITEMS they only gave me 7!!! after waiting 30+ mins I received 7 out 31 items !!!!!! Also the 7 items I received were completely melted and thawed out !So I called and spoke with the Manager Kristan , he stated that he could not locate the rest of my items and told me that he thinks the staff accidently gave them to someone else. I asked if they could pull me the items that I PAID FOR he tells me no and that I can get refund on a GIFT CARD instead of how i paid which was with my debit card.I get back to Walmart after being completely INCONVIENCED! He comes out with a TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ! He tried to argue with me multiple times ! He also gave me the wrong amount on my gift card and had to do another one with the correct amount. He also rolled his , eyes his neck , smacking his lips! not once apologized for the mishap. HE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Told me I was being disrespectful but yet said to me " how didn't you know 20 something items were missing , u should've checked" NO I SHOULDNT HAVE CHECKED THAT IS YOUR EMPLOYEES JOB TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT AND LOAD MY ITEMS INTO MY CAR! Also when I apologized to him and the staff for being very upset and angry he said " you can keep your apology I don't want it"I then called cooperate and filed an official complaint and received a $10 off coupon and they were great !

Im sitting here in the store, as I'm writing this, for 20 minutes waiting on someone to assist me with some CO2 cartridges in sporting goods. Employee after employee continues to pass by without helping or at least asking if I needed something. After 15 minutes, I was able to ask one employee for assistance, and she went to get someone. 5 minutes later, the guy came thru, and i was able to get the product. Shouldn't have had to wait that long for some assistance with something so small. I won't make that mistake again.

Without fail, every time I place an online grocery delivery order, it gets cancelled or is at the minimum 5 hours late arriving. Still cheaper than Instacart, but I cannot keep dealing with this every single week. The store blames drivers for stealing the groceries for themselves, and marking them undeliverable. Found out they use Uber and Doordash to make their deliveries. Customer service is always in another country, and impossible to understand, and it's incredibly difficult to reach someone directly at the store in the online order's department, but when I do reach someone at the store, at least they are helpful and sympathetic.

The dirtiest walmart I have ever been to. None of the employees work, unless sitting around talking to one another counts. There are never any carts for customers to use. The managers yell at employees and verbally harass them in front of the customers... but, of course it's not the employees slacking that they are yelling at and cursing out. Complete disgrace of a store. This picture is during busy hours, and it was a customer who grouped the carts together. What a joke.

I had checked out and they claim I missed some of the items I paid for everything but because they wanted to make a scene in front of my children I didn't say anything but they suck at customer service and they are not ever around and they lie and intimidated me and my kids and I will never be back there they are dirty and every where you go you smell weed.they need to close down and believe me I will nevergo to their store can you say hateful people they said they knew I paid for it by swiping and they never did anything to see if there machine made a mistake but as a parent that doesn't steal especially food!?! I hate my kids have to deal with racest people and it's not fair my disabled child was so scared it speaks volumes of the kind of people who work there

Walmart is usually clean. The shelf prices are always accurate. Customer service is pleasant. The checkout lines are usually long, but I don't mind. Patience is a virtue. ?

Love my store but customer service need to be little more friendly. One thing I don't like when bring in their pets in. Leave them at home cause you want to shop not with animals in store. People are being process with animals love your kids more you see more dogs in stores then kids leave them home. Love you children more.

The drive up service is exceptional! The employees are courteous, and I get my order brought out very quickly. My only concern is that every time I come to pick up my groceries, there is a drug transaction happening right in the drive up area parking lot. I just don't feel safe! The only reason I came to this one is because they closed the Homewood location, which was closer to me. I think I might switch to Crestwood Walmart.
