Terrible experience with postal delivery. The package was lost. No one knows where it is. Support was no help. We waited a long time for a response. The information on the website is not updated. I do not recommend. Poor service. A waste of time and nerves. Unreliable delivery. I will look for alternatives. Disappointed.

Refused delivery of a package because of a dog that was in the house barking after she honked her horn and left before anyone had a chance to go outside...... poor mail delivery 3rd time this has happened
