They offer great prices that are incredible, very reasonable, competitive, and about half the cost of a dealership. The price comes in exactly as quoted. The shop itself is amazingly decorated, a true timeless showroom filled with lots of antiques and interesting items to look at, worth a stop just for that. Customers trust them with all their vehicles and would drive an extra distance for their service.

My wife are in Oregon, Illinois visiting my daughter. The rear door on our rental car would not close. We went to Illinois Auto Repair. The owner immediately took care of us and refused payment. It's so nice that there are still fantastic people in this world. We're 75 years old and it made our day.
