Amarr Drivers: IL Doormasters is actually located in the farmhouse located just east of the errant GPS location that has you in the middle of a corn field. If coming from the east, be sure to swing wide to get into their driveway located directly past a corn field. Once in their drive, it’s rather tight, but is possible when you drive straight along the drive and take a left around the buildings. Swing a tad wider than the gravel to make the final turn that gets you lined up for unloading in the barn. Great guys here. Good luck.

One of the springs on my garage door broke last night. I called a couple places this morning that were busy or went straight to voicemail, but this place answered the phone and had a guy out shortly after, and my garage door was working again before noon. He said he lubricated the door for me as well. Both people I interacted with were very friendly, and the price seemed reasonable ($300 total to replace both springs), especially since I don't live in the same town. I also appreciated that they told me the price up front on the phone without me asking.

Came within 2 hours of setting up a service call and stayed after hours (even when I told him he didn’t have to) for 2 days and got my door fixed. Extremely friendly and professional, I definitely won’t be using anybody else until I move out of his service territory.

They were able to fix our door and install the opener within 48 hours of calling. Great and friendly service. Will be using them for all garage door repairs in the future.
