I was so excited to find a Casey’s! It’s so hot and needed water. The female cashier was laughing at me. Yes I’m in cycling gear. So a little information for this rude woman. Casey’s is a proud sponsor of RAGBRAI, world’s largest longest and oldest bicycle event. Most cyclists donate billions of dollars for many great causes. Cyclists come from many walks of life. Police, firefighters, doctors, nurses, truckers, etc…… Be very courteous to others, not just cyclists but all walks of life because you don’t know when you may need help. I don’t wish for you to be fired, I wish for you to reflect on your attitude towards others and be grateful to be surrounded by great people.

Don't even bother ordering a pizza on line. If they get the order the pickup time is never even close to correct. It's not the kids working fault. Hire some damn help

I’m at this Casey’s just about everyday. Love the people all very nice and helpful. The cashier with the beautiful makeup on her eyes I think her name is Dorothy, very sweet and polite. She needs a raise for sure.

Counting change is to difficult for the employees here tried to pay with three rolls of dimes still rolled from the bank and was told they do not accept coins. Must be really hard to find good employees

It is amazing so clean and employs are always funny and nice. My aunt is the store manager I think. And she is very nice at keeping the store clean.

The guy at the front counter has 0 customer service skills. he coughed and touched the lip of the can I bought with that same hand he coughed into. The dude needs to be fired for disregard for public safety. The morning shift used to be good when Cheryl ran it. Until that guy goes we will not be back.

Worst Casey's in the area. Have been treated rudely several times. No food during peak hours, and during lunch time you can walk in there and see up to 6 or 7 people waiting in line before they open another register. Several times I've stood at the counter, with an employee standing near, for several minutes before I was acknowledged. And often at times out of several items, for weeks to a month at a time. The gas station next to it sells everything cheaper, is almost never out of items everyday customers use, and is 10x friendlier. Won't be spending another dime at this location!

Just down rite dirty in there. Cashier didn't seem to enthused to be there. The 2 in the kitchen was complaining about another coworker. A good cleaning in there would do wonders. Stock some shelves. Probaby need fountains nozzles clean.. Will definitely pass by there next time.

We get your pizza 2 to 3 times a month and always loved it . Tonight was horrible and hardly no toppings on are 2 taco pizzas . Really disappointed

We ordered a taco pizza. When my husband brought it out to the car, I lifted the lid to make sure they hadn’t put the chips on it. Only part of it had lettuce and tomatoes on top. They made a different one. By the time we got it home, we found it was so greasy and they had over done the cheese on it. The lettuce looked good when I lifted the lid. When we opened it up when we got home, the lettuce looked wilted because of all the grease. They cut it before they put the toppings on it and I had trouble getting it out of the box. It also tasted awful. We couldn’t even eat it. It was disgusting. They have never been this bad. I think our days of getting pizza from Casey’s is over with. We waited so long for the 1st one and had to wait even longer for the 2nd one. They need to teach them how to make pizza. I have never had a pizza I couldn’t eat before. I mean so discussing.

Punk kid visiting with buddy in pi,za instead of waiting on customers. Stoped in Saturday, 7-28-23 around 3:15. Rude...attitude..wouldn't even wait on me when asked. Then took my purchase and wouldn't let me buy. Said "get out of my line, I don't have to take your tone"....????? Really...??? This kid needs fired!! Will NEVER stop at a caseys again!!!

Waited 45 minutes for a pizza and my order isnt even close to being right. Now im sitting in my car for another 45 minutes waiting for the right one. They use to be good but this isnt the first time theyve done this
