They took great care of my shy/scared dog, answered all my questions, and were constructive in their advice of how I can better take care of him. When I needed a more advanced medical procedure done on my dog, they were very upfront and honest about the estimate so there were no surprises when it came time to pay. I highly recommend this vet. If not for moving hours away, I would still be going here. Thank you Oakwood for the years of care for my dog.”

“I've adopted multiple animals from this shelter who have all been amazing. The staff has always been helpful, even when I took in a cat that I found running around the neighborhood.
Working at a shelter is not an easy job, so I certainly understand they probably have their moments just like everyone else.
I love that they allow animals to stay so long and do their best to get every animal adopted when possible.

“I really like this clinic, however, my only complaint would be, I thought my dogs LEPO was already covered from the initial administration, where the second appointment was just for the second dose. I was not expecting to pay (again) for what should have been covered by previous payment since 2 were required for completion. I will still return for services. I really liked the vet as she was able to help with other questions.”
