“On the recommendation of my brother who has been taking his car here for years, I had Sinclair replace the struts for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I had originally wanted them to install the KYB struts for replacement but they recommended the Monroe top-of-the-line struts. I decided to go with the Monroe struts. After the installation, I drove the car for a couple of weeks and did not like the ride. It was way too bouncy and I did not feel I was in control. I took it back to Sinclair and told them my issues. They did not give me any excuses or grief. They replaced the front struts again (with new Monroes) and now my CR-V drives almost as it did originally. Great customer service! Several years ago, the Range Rover dealership referred me to this place to fix my vehicle.They did an amazing job with my 2009 Range Rover. This company is very transparent and honest. I will share because their work is so efficient it’s hard to get an immediate appointment.If you get an appointment, keep your appointment. You will be disappointed. Depending on where you lthe place is pretty far South. I work downtown, so I don't care. I drive out there with someone and leave my car overnight. When I have an 8 AM appointment the next day. I pick up my vehicle when I get off work.This works for me so I don't have to miss work. However, if you're staying with your vehicle, there's a restaurant across the street where you can go and relax and eat and wait for your car to get ready. At checkout, you can pay your bill in full in cash or with a credit card or debit card. They do charge a 3% fee when you use your credit card or debit card. I hope this helps someone because someone helped me years ago by telling me about them, and so here is your blessing.”
