I have never spoken to my actual agent. I just started a brand new home policy with his office and in less than a year my bill increased by $230 with NO explanation. I’ve reached out to them several times for an explanation and have yet to be called back. I’ve requested for them to return my coverage back to the initial policy and it has not been done in at least 2 weeks. They’re trash. If you want personal, hands-on service you will NOT get it here.
