Cannot give enough praise to the grooming staff at PetSmart.
My other grooming appointment did not work out and PetSmart was available to take my dog last minute. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly cared about making my pup feel welcome. I appreciated the updates and how calm the staff was. Highly recommend if you're looking for consistent, caring, and quality grooming services!

I have NEVER written a review in my life.
The worse experience twice: The hotel had my dog for 2 1/2 days and bring her out to me with poop all over her and obviously stinky. They had to take her back twice to clean her and try to remove the smell. The manager offered a bath and brush at the grooming station to "fix" my dissatisfaction. Yesterday, I took my mini poodle to the groomer. They called me about 45 minutes later and said my dog was ready for pick up. She was still very curly (which means there was no brush) and she still smelled. I would never recommend the hotel or the grooming.

We would always bring our dog in to get groomed, but we had to stop since they kept getting water in my dogs ear and giving the poor girl ear infections. Every time we go back we would always ask to please not get her head wet and she is always soaked after. We give her baths at home now and i know she wasn't the issue because she just stands there in the tub and doesn't move... i would not recommend the grooming section.

They have a large selection of all the common pet supplies. Need bedding for a hamster, they have it. Geckos, live feed. Cats, dogs, snakes. Aquarium and fish.

I only stop in here on "emergency" basis for my pet when I'm critically low on food. They had what I needed in stock, but had to wait for the associate (and possibly a manager) finish their conversation before being helped at the register.

The staff are amazing. The product selection is awesome. However, I found out today that their Pet Hotel, as well as every other pet hotel, is not staffed from 9pm-6am. I will no longer be using this service while this is the case.
