Walmart truck driver here 👋 Delivered to the Orland Hills store on July 4th while the team was having a BBQ outside. Mychelle was on the grill ♨️, Angel offered me a burger and even made me one with the works! , and Jose snapped a photo of us all.
Great hospitality and team spirit — says a lot about the store’s culture. Big shoutout to the Orland Hills crew!

Nasty, disorganized. Then walking through the toy section I saw what used to be bagels stuffed behind a monopoly display. All my with opened boxes of I’m assuming stolen toys. Pulled them out and put them on top so hopefully someone from the store finds them, because I couldn’t get any employee to pay attention when I asked for help. Do better Walmart

This location only had two cashier's open and only four self-check out kiosk open. The individuals on the cash registers were not only moving in slow motion but had the audacity to have an attitude. There were NO mangers available to price check or to assist the ONE cashier who was not old enough to sell alcohol. Their only suggestion was to take your purchase to customer service, where the line was already wrapped around the corner, after waiting in line for ten plus minutes.

The manager in the garden section assisted me with a plant that I really wanted. She was approachable, caring and listened to my concerns. Please let her know that my plant is doing quite well! A big thanks to the ladies in the deli department as well. Great customer service!
