There people do the dirty work for police who are pretty scrappy to the people of Orland Park. 600$ a tow. What a joke. And it was a mistake on there behalf. They work together to steal what ever money the government hasn't took from you yet.

If you're ever in need of a tow, consider Ambassador Car Carriers. I've used them twice before in the past and they have always been great to deal with. I had a blowout on the Stevenson last night and was able to limp my car to a parking lot in Hodgkins. Called Ambassador this morning to have the car towed to the dealership in Orland Park. Bob from Ambassador went out of his way to have the driver stop at my home to collect the key so that I wouldn't have to Uber to Hodgkins to provide the tow driver with the key. I've used them twice in the past and their drivers are always prompt and courteous. I also like that they use clean flatbed truck equipment. Thanks so much to Ambassador Car Carriers!

I didn’t really bother to give a review because of how bad their service is but I felt obliged to. These guys are rude and don’t know what they’re doing. I have no clue who called them to tow my car. A day after, they released the car to the first company showing up although I told them not to. And I’m still trying to get that sorted out. Unbelievable!

All good ratings are fraudulent and done by employees. If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely rude and nasty employees who did not care about the condition of my car after towing. There was a big scratch on the back which they did not compensate me for. They also have a dog who looks abused, I hope animal services will come for it soon. This company is extremely fraudulent and overall awful. Do not use and do NOT fall for fake reviews.

This man is a scammer! Called for a battery jump. The car could not be jumped and had be towed. I was asked to pay 90.00 on site or pay the auto body shop. I chose to pay auto body so it would be all on one transaction. When I paid the bill at auto body shop. The tow fee jumped up to 123.00. Tow company would not refund the difference as stated and was screaming at me in the phone. Very unstable individual! Do not use AMBASSADOR TOWING! Swindler!!! There are plenty of honest tow companies out there.Service: Car towing

My daughter's car was towed yesterday while she was at school. The old blonde lady that works there at the Orland Park location told me on the phone that it would only be $218.50. I was in a hurry to go with my daughter to go get the car and leave! She said $218.50 is your total. I handed her my debit card and when I got home I found that they had taken $9 extra out of my bank account and when I told her the next day she laughed at me!! Saying there was a sign outside the lobby that read extra charge for debit and credit cards. She didn't tell me that over the phone or as I was there!!! That senile old lady thinks people have time to look at walls as they are in a hurry to pay and go!!! No warning saying that they charge extra for debit card!! she just took the card and laughed right out my hand and scammed me out my money !!!These people are thieves and scammers. I wouldn't recommend these frauds to my worst enemy!!!! Stay away!! Beware of the old lady. She is a biggest fraud and scammer there!

The older women at the front desk was incredibly rude and the charges are absurd for a simple tow for just 1 day charges it cost me about $600. Of course they work with orland park pd bunch of scammers. They also have a really sick looking dog with cuts and sores all over its back I made a call to animal services hopefully they checked in on the animal.

We used Ambassador Towing to have our ‘67 Camaro taken home from Tony’s Transmissions in New Lenox. The driver [Saeed) was excellent. Treated car as if it was his. Drove cautiously and slowed at every railroad crossing. Great service, clean vehicle, fair price, professional ethics and well mannered. Trust your classic to them!
