14 employees to roughly 22 customers and still waiting on an hour just to get my cell factory resetted. And only 4 employees are actually assisting customers.I will never go to orland park mall again.Terrible customer service!

Don’t drive 3 hours for anything. Do yourself a huge favor and swap to android or something else. We sure are! Absolutely furious with “Apple” as a company.

We came to buy iphone this Monday 26th around 8 PM and waited for associate a while, then one associate came with another customer right in the table we were there so when i got the moment to get her attention i said we want to buy this phone. What was shocking was not the reply but the attitude she showed while replying to say 'i'm not a sales associate, first you need to get them and they will assign someone'. Wow....she spoke in very cold tone without any courtesy or a smile. If not for the fact that we drove quite a while to get there, i would have walked off. Apple store should know that no customer is aware of your internal processes that we need to approach a Sales guy first, and how do you identify who is a Sales guy ??? Also please teach your staff to be courteous to customers.

DO NOT TRUST this store to HONOR an APPOINTMENT:Walked in at 12pm.Was told an hour and a half wait for an appointment.Came back at 2pm.Was told my appointment was pushed back for 3pm.Only solution from employee is rescheduling the next day at a time that is not feasible.It really feels like they know they are your only choice and refuse to accept professional ethics and failure on their employees to work within timeframes.Never experienced such disregard for finding solutions after signing someone up for an appointment with pure lies and misleading guidance.Also just to note that they have 6+ “greeters” just standing around. I would suggest corporate allow all employees to train for Genius authority and service because this walk in experience was not…it :/
