H3ll no , for it to be all black people working here they sure do treat black people really bad , bunch of uncle rukuses and uncle toms working here. And I'm not even on that , they are rude and don't wanna help and wonder why they commission check short DONT GO HERE

We just recently had our 2nd visit at this location. Both visits were to upgrade cellphones. We had the distinct pleasure both times to be able to deal with "Z". He was AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable, professional, and personable! The second time we decided to wait until he was done with another customer just so we could deal with him! Thanks Z for the wonderful experience!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE!!!! I wish I had checked the reviews before setting the appt and coming to this store. The "service" is a joke, aka non-existent. i arrived 5 min early and for my appt after waiting 35 min (and no help, barely acknowledged my presence) I left as I have things to do. The people wearing the at&t shirts didn't seem to give a rats a$$ about anyone waiting. BTW, 2 other people who were there ahead of me, left before I did. It wasn't just me. There should be a zero star option.

Not surprised they have a 2 star rating. We've had nothing but issues with our phone for a couples of months. We were advised to go to a Apple store for repair, did that still didn't work, advised to call Apple for another device, got another device still didn't work. Apple can't do a refund because the money was given to AT&T, I'm here to do the refund and they won't do it because it's an Apple phone not theirs. Poor people have the same problem with no support either. LoL. This place is a joke. We're leaving AT&T all together. They are a problem with business accounts and consumer.

I had an excellent experience at this ATT store this morning. I tried both Friday and Saturday calling ( the number listed on the ATT web site) to solve my issue over the phone without luck.On Friday I was on hold one hour and 16 minutes without ever speaking to a representative, although the recorded message said the hold time will be approximately 10 minutes. On Saturday I did speak to an agent John- was on the phone with him for 30 minutes- he could not help me. I asked to speak to a supervisor- he told me they were all busy but a supervisor would call me back. Four hours later I did get a call from Supervisor Vic. He told me to fill out a form online- which I couldn't access. Today- I walked into this store- a lovely salesperson named Wafa, listen to my problem- said sure I can help you and within 5 minutes she had solved my problem. She checked to make sure the issue was resolved on both my phone and on my computer. It was such a relief!- Thank you Wafa
