Ron was a gem. He was thorough and knowledgeable. He was patient. He was understanding of my wife's health condition (migraines) and allowed her to hold his personal phone to see if the could handle the weight of the phone due to her fibromyalgia. He had great people skills. He is definitely a keeper for your staff. I wouldn't want to work with anyone else other than Ron.

This location has great customer service reps in Eddie and Ron. They go out of their way to resolve issues or help a customer.

Had a broken phone. Asurion was going to reimburse me because of some issues with repairs. They told me to go buy a phone outright, and they would send me a check. I went into this Att store and asked Lucas the district manager. He told me he would not sell it outright, because they wanted me to pay off my old phone, upgrade through installment billing, than pay off the new phone with the check. This was all so the store can get the upgrade and they can make their commission. That's all they care about. I told Lucas I just wanted to buy it and be on my way. He said technically they can sell it, but he didn't have to. Instead of helping a customer, he was just worried about his commission. Lucas and his Reps were also telling other customers with broken phones to add a new line to get a deal on the phone, but not to cancel the old lines for 90 days. This is called churn, and they should not be telling customers to do this. They want the new line because they get paid more commission for them. I use to work in the cell phone business for 10 plus years, and companies should not be telling customers to add new lines just because their phone is broken. There are other options that they didn't even tell the customers. I would not recommend going here, all they care about is their own pockets, not the customers. Att Corp gave me the phone no problem. Att needs to retrain this store before more customers get screwed over.

Ron was very helpful. I didn't have to wait a long time. I was going in for a samsung watch and headphones. The headphones I purchased was the Beats Fit Pro. Unfortunately they were out of stock for the watch. I was looking for a samsung watch 5. Ron doubled checked in the back stockroom and online but no luck. He took his time to make sure he didn't miss anything and I appreciate him for doing that.Thanks Ron!

The store manager, Eric Bartkowiak, was fantastic. I normal dread getting a new phone --it is usually an all day experience like buying a car, but this experience was hands down the most pain free ever! He was knowledgeable, helpful and easy going--he set up my phone from memory transfer to phone case application---he even pointed out that we should have a teachers' discount--I've been a teacher for 30 years and this is the first that I found out about it. What a great human! Thank you Eric--we will be back!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Today I walked into this store seeking help for my icloud account with an iphone I recently got from another at&t store. Not only did I have to approach a man who saw my mother and I come into the store (he had no customers) for help but he was extremely rude and racist and had the nerve to have on a shirt that said “equality” when I asked him for assistance he looked at me strange and stated what do you want me to do if you got the phone from somewhere elseI didn't know at&t stores were owned and operated based upon location and for that I will be cancelling my lines and I will advise my mother to do the same.

Eric did a great job handling all of the issues I had with my phones/plan. I normally don’t go to the location in Orland and just so happened to be in the area, I’ll definitely make the trip out there for future visits. Customer service was truly genuine there ??

Eddie was great! it was my sisters first time buying a phone on her own he answered all of her concerns took the time to transfer all of her items off the old phone and even let us know the accessories were on sale. He made the whole process enjoyable and super easy. Would definitely go back to this location just to buy from him again.

If you wanna be treated poorly and feel like a criminal when you were trying to get your phone fixed at the AT&T store. Go to the one Orland park, Illinois. It’s quite an experience. It makes you wonder why you even give them your money in the first place if that’s how you were going to be treated as a valued customer

Probably the WORST experience I've ever had in any kind of retail store. Not only is the manager, Eric? Rude. But he also is very uninterested in customer service considering he was falling asleep during the interaction. Absolutely ridiculous, I will never use ATT again I just switched my business account to Verizon and they were more than accommodating

Eddie was prompt, knowledgeable, quick to problem solve, and was able to offer pros and cons to multiple options with my account. He helped me find a discount I wasn't aware I had access to and I left with new devices and a better plan. Give him a bonus!

Tyler was extremely helpful at this AT&T on 159th. If you ever need someone to help you I would go to Tyler . He’s very friendly and very helpful
