I wish I can give one star to you !!!!!! You guys gave me the most freaking hard time to cancel My Wi-Fi It took me literally More than three hours to cancel it with you guys On the phone Besides that When the first day I come to you You guys that will get free phones For trade us about phones Which is all lies I literally give you my dad ID and I give you my ID and you still saying oh after two months And keep telling us like two different prices And the cable and the Wi-Fi almost like $300 Even more and you telling me your speed is highest No sir, your speed is 39.04 Mbps on top of this When I finish with the call finally I went to UPS to return the Wi-Fi box You were saying The Wi-Fi doesn’t have even serial number On the back of the Wi-Fi so I have to call back again and stay another freaking three hours The worst terrible experience I never have 👎🏼 never be back to you again

I went on for an appointment to upgrade my phone on 2/25. Christina helped me promptly. Unfortunately, the entire time she helped me, she wasn’t personable at all and almost seemed bothered by having to help me. Honestly, she didn’t even smile or show any enthusiasm the entire 30+ minutes she helped me. As my phone was transfering data, she went to help other customers (not a problem. I get it). Mohammad ended up helping me and answering some questions while she was busy with the other customers.
I received my new phone upgrade via trade in with no issues. However, the next day, I received an email stating that she had signed me up for a $50 a month protection plan that I didn’t want or need. I was never once asked if I would like the plan the entire time I was in store but she had added it on to my plan regardless.
Luckily the company took it off my bill and plan after calling the corporate number. It was there I was told that salespeople receive commissions for these upgrade sales and she was trying to be slick.
While this store is close to my house, I will most likely not return after this experience or will be asking for a different sales person.
The only reason I’m not giving one star is because Mohammed was absolutely fantastic and his assistance was friendly, enthusiastic, and helpful and that should be recognized!
