I was having the worst time with my headlight being out and went to another auto parts store not only had they sold me the wrong part, but couldn’t help me install it. I went to Auto zone and they were so informative and helpful. Special shout out to Mike who helped install it and made sure it worked before I drove off. He was so nice and willing to help which I appreciated. Definitely will be back for any future auto part related purchases or help. Thanks again, Mike!

Phenomenal customer service. This is the only store I’ve been coming to for my batteries and I always have a great experience. My car can be challenging at times, but they always find a solution and happily help. Definitely would recommend this store.

The staff here is incredible! I just drove to Illinois from Indiana and I don't know a soul here. I thought my car was toast and the transmission was going out and the Manager helped me when I walked in his store in tears. He was absolutely the kindest person I have ever met and I appreciate his help so much! He got me the correct fluid for my older vehicle and it fixed the problem immediately! I can't thank him enough for being so patient with me. This store is my saving grace! Thank you so much!

A huge thank you to Michael today, he was a literal angel replacing my faulty battery in negative temps!! My previous battery was purchased outside of Autozone and I was given the wrong one, causing a short fuse and needing to jump my car each time I turn it on. Michael assured me the correct one is now going into my vehicle, if it weren’t for his attention to detail I would’ve been driving with a short fused car in this insane cold! Thank you again for assuring me and bracing the cold to swap out my battery. Amazing customer service here! And thank you to the older gentleman behind the counter for your kind service as well!! 1/14/25

The young man employee with long curly dark hair did an amazing job helping me install the battery and also to check funcionality of the starter, alternator, and battery. Very helpful and friendly! The manager (I think) also was very helpful and profesional.

Bought a new battery and did the core exchange for $22. Put the new battery on car and it still didn’t start so I walked back in to buy back my core for $22 (I did not try to return the new one just buy back my good core which was still on the shelf) and they would not let me. It’s not like I came back a day(s) trying to buy back a lost or untraceable battery it was literally 15 minutes later and they effectively stole my good battery. Have been a long time customer of this store and I will be taking my business to one of the many other auto parts stores in Orland Park.

Purchased a platinum duralast from a different location which is still under warranty and throwing low voltage codes and experiencing some kind of short or defect which passes a test in one instance and fails the next within a minute of retesting sometimes passing sometimes failing testing using both cca and ca so I brought my vehicle in so I can get this very pricey battery replaced due to what I thought was worth the price since it came with a 3 yr warranty only to be turned away and told I need to come back with the battery removed in order for their battery tester to properly test “it was unable to perform it because ALL the teeth of the cables were not touching the posts needing the whole post exposed for a proper test where all the teeth touch the posts” funny but not funny as he looked like he actually believed this BS, even though my tester happened to be with me and able to test it just fine without every tooth on the cables touching the posts as they explained but they held firm even though I’m 100% sure their tester is broken since the other associate spouted it out on accident after she saw my I’m in the twilight zone look on my face. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Do better don’t create crazy asinine excuses to avoid honoring a warranty claim because you do not feel like doing the work!

Abraham D. was very nice and helpful, I came in in the evening after 6pm because I say the battery symbol on my dashboard, Abraham told me this means that I will probably need a new battery or there's a problem my alternator .

I’m Giving Omar 10 stars ⭐️. He was very nice to my daughter and I today, after the young man inside the store stated that they don’t assist. While Omar was assisting us outside the store, the man came out of the store firmly telling Omar to Go, then looked at my daughter and I saying okay now do you have what you need. We could see that he was upset. We didn’t want any assistance from him after witnessing how he acting. Omar keep up the great customer service!!!!!!

This Auto Zone was the best Auto Zone I’ve have ever been to ..the best customer service The best experience A guy name Daniel K. I think he was the manager waited on me. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. He even came outside and installed my lightbulb for my vehicle. I ended up going back in the store and purchased more items I will definitely be back to this store , even if I have to travel that far to go to AutoZone.
