I came in to buy a steering wheel cover. An associate tried to assist me but wasn’t able to get it on for me but the manager Mike came outside and helped get it on. It was the only one they had and it matched my interior perfectly. I really didn’t want to have to return it and Mike made sure I didn’t have to. Mike was SUPER helpful, polite and knowledgeable! I really I appreciate his hard work to make sure my needs were met today! Thank u Mike!

If you're thinking about visiting AutoZone, I highly recommend reconsidering. I recently had the displeasure of dealing with their “commercial department”, and let me tell you, it's an absolute nightmare. The staff is unhelpful, disorganized, and frankly, seem to have no idea what they're doing or talking about. It's as if they couldn't care less about their customers. If you're a business or even just a DIYer looking for parts, do yourself a favor and avoid this place. It’s a waste of time and energy. Terrible service, terrible experience.

I needed my windshield wiper replaced and I was so nervous about having to ask someone about it. Omar saved the day! He was totally happy to help out with everything :) he also was so kind and a day maker. Thank you Omar!

ive been to many autozones and have dealt with many different employees but today I was helped out by Geoff and I have to say he is genuinely the best employee autozone has, he was super super friendly, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how nice he was! Thanks Geoff!

Everytime I come here the worker Carla is bothered when I ask for help and always has an attitude, she is useless as an employee and someone who should be providing customer service. No longer coming to this location.

I was on the auto zone store today about 8:40pm Monday 29th and I bought brake pads I had warranty on the old ones and I went to return and get my money back I the lady told me the registers were closed because I paid with cash you could not give me my money back until tomorrow and I said how you don't have cash and she started screaming to me on front of the other customers she said if I wasn't understanding what she was saying I felt embarrassing she was a black lady if you go there
