I am extremely pleased with the sales department at Bettenhausen Fiat, specifically Sam Jody, one of the sales managers. I found the dealership to be honest, transparent, and fair. I had many questions about the vehicle, financing, and delivery, which I texted to Sam at all times of the day. Sam would reply to my text within hours, even after hours and on his day off. I asked many questions and even for videos... Sam got them to me same day, often within the hour. I could not ask for a better sales person, one of the best in my many years of buying cars. I highly recommend Sam Judy and Bettenhausen Fiat.

This dealership turned out to be a complete waste of my time. For weeks, they kept sending me messages and invitations encouraging me to come in so they could buy my 2014 BMW X5. Their tone made it sound like they were serious and ready to make a fair offer, so I finally decided to give them a chance.
After I arrived, I ended up sitting there for over an hour while they “evaluated” the car. When they finally came back with a number, they offered me only $7,000 — less than half of the Blue Book value, which was between $12,000 and $15,000. Their excuse was that “nobody buys 2014 models anymore” and that they’d just run it through an auction anyway. It was clear they had no intention of honoring the expectations they created when they repeatedly asked me to bring the car in.
What they didn’t know is that I actually sold the car on the open market for $14,000 with no problem at all. So not only was their offer insulting, it was flat-out dishonest.
This dealership will try to lowball you, waste your time, and make you feel like you don’t know the value of your own vehicle. Don’t trust them, and don’t let them take advantage of you. I strongly recommend going somewhere else.

My experience at Bettenhausen FIAT was the best ever!!!! The salesperson Jay D. helped me in every aspect of the sale! He went over and above to make sure the sale was complete and answered all questions! See him if you need a car your experience will be amazing! I would recommend and purchase again from Bettenhausen FIAT! Also, the staff at Bettenhausen FIAT are very friendly and knowledgeable!!!!

Even though we knew exactly what we wanted & did endless research before purchasing...happy our internet search brought us to Bettenhausan! Everyone was wonderful, from the manager, service dept, detailer, even the young man putting the plates on! Allaiddean was an absolute pleasure, no pressure & even came in on his day off to help us! We (even our dogs) are extremely happy with our 2025 Chrysler Pacifica Limited! We would recommend Bettenhausen Fiat to anyone!

A Disheartening Experience at Bettenhausen Chrysler
From the moment I stepped into Bettenhausen Chrysler, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. I've given this dealership more than a fair chance, visiting two separate locations, only to be met with indifference and a lack of basic customer service skills.
Upon entering the first location, I waited patiently for assistance. Minutes stretched into uncomfortable periods of being ignored, despite making it clear that I was there to purchase a vehicle. Employees seemed to avoid eye contact, busying themselves with seemingly trivial tasks rather than acknowledging my presence. I hoped my second visit might be an anomaly, but unfortunately, the pattern of neglect continued at the next location.
The locations seemed inadequately staffed or perhaps apathetic to customers. Basic resources or assistance seemed unavailable, reinforcing a sense that my presence was unwelcome, and my time unvalued. It's hard to ignore the sinking feeling of being disregarded, especially when the service is essential in making informed and confident purchasing decisions.
What stings the most is the thought of why this might be happening. Am I being overlooked based on assumptions about who is a serious buyer? Is it an unfortunate play of societal bias? The nagging question of racism adds another layer of discomfort and frustration. While it’s something I hesitate to assume outright, it’s an uncomfortable thought that can't be easily dismissed given the unprofessional and dismissive attitudes faced.
This encounter is disappointing not just on a personal level but also from a business perspective. Customer service is the backbone of the auto industry, and experiences like mine undermine trust and deter future business. It’s crucial for dealerships to ensure all customers feel respected and valued, regardless of their background.
I’m left with a strong resolve to share my experience far and wide, warning others — even those I dislike — about the potential for similar treatment. It’s not just about the bias I may have faced; it’s about preventing others from facing such dismissive treatment. Businesses like Bettenhausen Chrysler should be held accountable and encouraged to foster a culture of inclusivity and respect.
In conclusion, unless there's an overhaul in their customer service approach, I can’t in good conscience recommend Bettenhausen Chrysler to anyone. Whether it’s training staff to be more attentive or ensuring a fair and welcoming environment for all customers, changes are needed immediately. Ultimately, every customer deserves to feel valued and respected — my experience sadly fell well short of this basic expectation.

Don’t trust a word they say, just like they admit to in the paper work they make you sign. They will lie and will not accept responsibility for misleading you.
I purchased a “like new car” with 4785 miles on it. What arrived was a car with all four wheels having clear visual scratches and gouges. A front bumper that had scratches and gouges with missing paint, that also had incomplete body work done, leaving a patch of matte paint with no clear coat applied. The car needs a front-end alignment as the car drifts to the right. None of these obvious issues were disclosed as part of the purchase, and in a car with so few miles I do not consider normal wear.
To pile onto the issues, they refused to provide the pre shipment photos to help identify if clear visual damages were known before the vehicle left the dealership or something that happened in shipping. They have not responded after three weeks of requests for information.
When I started to initiate a damage claim, they claimed things would be straightened out and that switched to, of course they were not going to cover damages to the wheels I should have expected them. This is only true if when going through the purchase and I asked if there was any damage to the car I was told the truth. I was not told the truth and I was not offered any compensation for the misleading claims made about the vehicles condition.
Don’t trust a word they say and have the vehicle inspected by a known and trusted third party. They do not accept responsibility for misleading claims and refuse to respond when asked direct questions to try and resolve known issues.

The bedding housing company is a ridiculous sham. I cannot believe that when you agree to fix a problem when you get a car that they do not want to honor it. I have never met a company that came up with so many excuses in the sky if it’s something else I’ll take care of it. I don’t care, but I am outrage by returning my car three times And getting the shaft on a problem that is very clear and never got corrected, but that’s fine. I already have a good mechanic and I will stick to that guy. I will never do dealerships in my life again.

Horrible they never call you back sold me bogus car no one called me or my father back Patrick nobody . I would recommend this place at all . Themstat went out in my dodge and I haven’t even had it for year consistent oil change the blower went out twice they replaced but each time it went out . Yea I’m getting paperwork ready got tired of calling so they will here from me

Took my vehicle in for an oil change on Saturday morning. Didn’t have an appointment, but service was fast and efficient. Everyone was very friendly. My car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Over all happy with my experience.
