I purchase my BMW from Zeigler Orland Park. The sales man Quincy Johnson was very helpful and made the experience pleasant and non stressful.He worked with me and went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very thorough with explaining all my options for financing and extras regarding the car. I am very satisfied with the treatment given by Quincy and the other staff at the dealer. Thank you!

We went in for service and some of those guys seem to be pretty unfriendly, however working with Tony Scanlon was totally different! He was super friendly, provided details, customer service was phenomenal!We will definitely be going back and only working with him going forward!!

I took my car to the BMW in Orland Park to have my primary key fob that was malfunctioning. I had a great service from Jason Jakubowski. He was courteous and ran several diagnostics to determine that I needed a new key that ordered. All great things to say about him my first service at Zeigler BMW. I will definitely go back there.

Excellent service! I was in and out quickly and felt respected and taken care of. Ask for Ross Ricobene. He was very helpful and mindful of my time. I also appreciated the genuine interest Gabriel the head of finance at BMW of Orland Park showed. Great place that lived up to its reputation.

I had a great experience getting my vehicle serviced at BMW in Orland Park. The service is top notch, what you expect from a luxury dealership. Tony was excellent in explaining my service options and was accommodating of some of my additional requests. They also now provide video of your vehicle getting inspected, something I’ve never seen before and such a nice value add to understanding maintenance needs for your car. Their waiting area is also very nice and highly accommodating to get some work done while your car is getting worked on. Highly recommend getting your car serviced here and working with Tony.

I just got my car trade-in from BMW Zeigler Orland Park and by far this is the most reliable place I’ve been to. They are very professional and efficient to work with. Everyone is very kind and helpful In particular, Mr. Mahdi was more than wonderful, polite, professional, and an expert in cars and elegant and excellent handling . Another Ziegler dealer, another bad experience to match the one we had with their Infinity store. We worked with a sales person named Ross. Ross seemed like a nice enough guy, but as my story will show, ended up to be not trustworthy, not a man of his word, and apparently not so nice. We went there to look at a particular vehicle, ended up liking it a lot, but wanted to get it checked out by our local body shop. This was fine with them. So we took the vehicle to have it checked out, telling Ross we could talk numbers if it checked out. He agreed. Vehicle checked out, but when we went to talk numbers Ross indicated they had absolutely no room for movement. This was a $61,000 vehicle. We pointed out there were other vehicles of the same make and model with similar miles and more options on them for several thousand dollars less. He again said there was no margin on the vehicle. We told him if something changed to let us know. He agreed. The next day he sent me a text telling me they could come down $500 on the vehicle. They were still overpriced with this $500 drop. I thanked him and told him if there was any other movement on the price to let me know. I didn't hear back. Several days later my fiancé sees the car online and they've dropped the price over $3,000. He reached out to Ross to discuss and learned the vehicle was sold. Ross never reached out to us regarding this price drop, so understandably my fiancé was upset and inquired as to why he didn't call us knowing we were serious buyers and wanted that particular vehicle. Ross never responded. I personally ended up texting Ross to ask him the same question - why didn't you reach out to us about the price drop? I received the same treatment - ZERO RESPONSE. Ross and Ziegler wasted our time and had zero respect for us as buyers. Ross is obviously not cut out for sales given that he never reached out regarding the price and hid like a child when called out on it.We will never consider any of their dealerships for our vehicle purchases going forward based on this experience with Ross, as well as our experience with their arrogant, bloated, useless, shady salesman Julian.

Was very interested in purchasing a vehicle. It was priced quite a bit higher than others in the country with similar miles, options, etc. I showed Ross, the sales guy, the other vehicles and asked if they had some room on the price . I was told they could reduce it a whopping $500 ($61k vehicle). I asked him to let me know if the price gets decreased.. Fast forward a couple weeks and they reduced the price by about $3200. I never heard from him. I saw that it's no longer listed on their website so apparently it's been sold. I can certainly understand all the ONE star reviews. Ziegler dealerships suck!!Orland Park BMW used to be a great place to do business. That's all changed since Ziegler took it over. I'll never buy a vehicle from this place.

For me my experience was fantastic. A very customer friendly business with luxurious BMW vehicles. Everything from picking out my car to car delivery was superb. My sales contact Peter D. was always helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the Ziegler dealership in Orland Park, Illinois. And if you can swing it I highly recommend buying a BMW. I’ve had 12 cars and my X1 BMW is number 1 out of them all.

Great dealership to work with for sure! Ross especially worked to make sure I was happy with my X4 purchase and helped me get everything done quickly and efficiently. I can't imagine anything they could do better other than give me the car for free! Great service for sure!!

Overall great experience. Welcoming and knowledgeable sales people. Went here to buy a new car after our car was totaled in an accident. The salesperson understood our situation but didn’t try to use it against us, was willing to negotiate and we felt like we got a great deal at the end of the day. Will definitely be back when it’s time to buy again.

It was my first time getting service at this BMW dealer and it was not a pleasant experience.I scheduled my appointment for service at 11:00 am but was not able to pull into the garage around 11:10, which I understand as things happen and delays are normal.However the experience after was worse. The technician acted condescending and rude as if I were out of place. I was told to wait inside for a service agent to call me, and so that's what I did. Then 20 minutes later the same technician comes back inside asking if I had spoken to an agent yet, I said no, they haven't called me up yet. Apparently that's because I was sitting in the wrong area, fair enough. But the technician had the audacity to tell me, "I told you to wait here" and pointed to a specific seat in specific spot, when I know for a FACT that all he said was, "wait inside and they'll call you up." Once an agent did call me up he let me know that I would be waiting for an oil change for 2 hours because the technicians would be going on break at 12:00 and it was already 1:30.To be fair, the agent was a nice and respectful guy, but I would have appreciated a warning or notice when I scheduled the appointment that I would have to stay at the dealer for 2 hours since I would be waiting there.Most of my issues came with the technician who I intially interacted with. I didn't even get his name because after each of our quick interactions he would storm off.I would have appreciated at least some form of understanding and consideration from him in the slightest but all I know is that next time, if I HAVE to go to this specific dealer, I will definitely be asking my questions to either one of the service agents or a different technican.

This dealership advertises parts for BMW on line. In stock. I ordered and paid for the part. Recieved e mail confirmation to be shipped in 2 to 4 days. Nothing for 6 days . Called and spoke to Dennis. Part not available. Will take 4 months to get it from Germany. They are just trying to attract customers. To the online site.
