“Brianna and the entire alterations department gets 6/5 stars! They were all super helpful, really kind, and made me feel beautiful and amazing in my bridesmaid dress. They also helped me find a bra that worked for the dress when I had a hard time finding one on my own. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because when I was originally trying dresses on my consultant had multiple people she was helping, so I felt like my party and I mostly tried on dresses alone and I missed out on some of that support, but she ended up being the person who found the perfect dress in the end, so I can't be too salty! Overall I highly recommend David's Orland Park. Everyone is so kind and professional and the work they do is incredible! I love my dress and I can't wait for my friends wedding.”

“We walked into Eva’s thinking it was the other Eva’s Bridal and it wasn’t. BUT…I am SO SO SO GLAD we did!!! My niece had an appt at the “other Eva’s” and called to ask where it was and the woman who answered was SO RUDE for no reason. We turned around shut the car door and walked back in. The staff here could not have been any nicer, patient, sweet and so caring!! The ladies were incredibly helpful and they know what they are doing!! She left with THE Dress she couldn’t be happier!!! I would recommend this shop to anyone I ever encounter that is looking for their perfect dress!!!

“The experience here was amazing. We were able to walk around and browse through the beautiful dresses. Then we were introduced to Eduardo and Courtney and the magic began!! Eduardo asked my niece what she had in mind and she told him. He didn't ask her her size all he wanted to know was her budget and confirmed the wedding date. They came back around 20 minutes later with dresses in their arms. The first dress was beautiful. The second dress was tooo sexy!!!! That third dress was absolutely amazing!!! My niece start crying and she said YES to the dress.”

“I know reading all these reviews might make you hesitant to walk into this store, but let me assure you, they don’t reflect my experience at all. I came in May to buy a wedding dress after the one I had customized turned out horribly. The team worked with me to find a dress I loved that would still arrive in time for my wedding on September 22, 2024. Diane was incredibly kind and provided the bridal experience I missed out on at the first shop. She was accommodating and respectful of my cultural needs, helping me find ways to make the dress more modest without compromising style.

The only minor hiccup was that Diane estimated the dress would arrive by the end of July, but it came in about two weeks later. During that time, I probably drove them crazy with my weekly calls, even though the delay was the designer's fault, not theirs. Despite this, Diane and Joann remained so kind and patient, encouraging me to keep in touch and working hard to get my dress to me as quickly as possible so I'd have enough time for alterations.

Give this place a chance! Joann is honest and direct, but also very personable and genuinely cares about her brides. Even after I picked up my dress, they offered to help with any questions I had about alterations, even though I wasn’t doing them at their facility. They truly cared about making sure my dress turned out exactly how I wanted. I can say it was a wonderful experience overall!”
