My friend and I came to build-a-bear today and it was such a lovely experience! All the staff were wonderful, but I wanted to specifically shout out Lindsey!!! She was so kind, thoughtful and all around great at her job! She elevated our experience and made it feel so special. ♡ Thank you, Lindsey!!!!
