“Actually went through a different location, but since they didn’t pick up after being in hold for well over 30 minutes, I called here. Was only on hold for a little bit before Janine got on. Super sweet. She said she was already on the phone but that she’d call me back as soon as she was done. Got back to me very quick and was extremely helpful with the reservation, even though it wasn’t their location. Will def be going through this one if/when I’m in need of a rental again”
