The male Bank Manager at this Branch is still operating as if it's the 60s, when there were a lot of discriminating practices put in place to keep African Americans out. I went to open up a joint account for my husband and myself. My husband is disabled and I have POA. We are currently banking at a different bank directly across the street from this Chase bank and I have a joint account there. I was looking to switch banks because we are relocating and I want a national bank that had several branches. This mgr took my papers and told me he had to get approval from credit so leave them and come back the next day for a status. I did this for 2wks. He kept saying they didn't respond so I asked for my papers back and he said he shredded them. Do not use this Branch if you are an African American! This was reported to Corporate and ignored.

The most disgusting employees & there discrimination here is gross. All the workers there are horrible & treat their customers terrible, especially Micheal. He has the worst attitude and many people complain he is rude.

Brittany was amazing in resolving an issue for me this morning. I was charged two fees for going into the negative and the first fee was for withdrawing my account by $1.16. She took care of both fees even though I had originally called about the one that was a bank error. She apologized for the mis information I was given from another branch and went above and beyond. Thank you!

This chase branch is one of the best banks I've dealt with the service is great I highly recommend dealing with chase and highly recommend dealing with this specific branch if you reside in Orland Park

There is noone to help anyone at the branch. Been waiting a total of 60 mins to add a name to an account. Only one person was here to help customers.

These guys never answer the phone and when you do go into the branch you sit forever waiting for a banker. Their customer service is getting worse and worse. All the good bankers are no longer there anymore.
