Went in around 11:30 pm. Only one girl working. As soon as I walked in, I knew she was having a bad day, week, month, maybe year. She needs to be fired, ASAP. She literally was cussing at the customer in front of me because he asked for the discounted price on the 12 pack of soda, she wouldn't give it to him, wouldn't tell him how to sign up for rewards. I then gave my phone number to him and it still didn't work, she literally slammed the half door from where she would leave the register to go write down some number. I have never, ever in my life seen such a lazy, rude, demeaning woman. She makes your company look horrible.

Gas pump took my money. Reported to the clerk on duty. He put up a sign that read "out of order" Stated he could not return my money or provide gas until the next business day. Refused to provide me any type of receipt or security for my transaction. Haven't received my money back yet. I had to contact customer service.

I let the man behind the counter know. Didn't see him head there while hubby was pumping gas.

Told the guy at the front I gave him too much money ($20) on accident and he only gave back $10... place is a rip off everytime I've gone.

It was my first time ever coming to this circle K in my entire life, and the clerk locked the doors and said I’ve caused a disturbance in the past and wouldn’t let me purchase necessary oil for my car. There’s no way that’s allowed to just lock the doors and sit on your phone behind the counter and deny customers.

Man working at 5pm on Mothers Day was simply amazing!!!! Beyond friendly to the point that I was driven to leave this review. Give that dude a raise!!!

Employees aren't trained on how to apply coupons, at least not the rookie black male cashier. I showed him a coupon on my phone which had a vape cartridge & battery deal. It was clearly valid as it mentioned the exact address of this gas station participanting in the promo. I handed him my phone and to his credit, he even followed the instructions listed on the ad, but to no avail.
There was another customer behind me and I told him to take care of her first then he said something to the effect of "naw, naw..let's go. Let's finish up with you"..which is understandable, but we were getting nowhere wasting time and I didn't want the lady in line to wait. Case in point, teach your employees how to apply product deals on the register.

I live in the area and this location always closes overnight when they are supposed to be 24hrs. They try to cover up with a sign saying registers have to update or whatever but that’s just weird how it’s every day all night sometimes with still having an employee inside. If you don’t want to stay open 24hrs then change your times, cause you are wasting mine and others time everytime I try and go in before I head to work. This has been ongoing, it’s kinda ridiculous given this gas station is the only close one in the area.
