After a breakdown last winter and tow to my usual mechanic, I was told I needed a new engine but they didn't do that level of work there. I found Cooper after a bit of research and am so happy I did. They promptly inspected the vehicle, laid out my options, and gave me an estimate. It did take a while waiting on parts to arrive, but the staff communicated well when I checked in and followed up to let me know the status. Once parts arrived, work was completed sooner than predicted. The car has been running seamlessly ever since. I would definitely recommend.

My wife bought here ford explorer in for engine noise, they had for about 2 days, they said will take look, they did not communicate, with us, about problem, when we called they took engine apart for whole day, did get are approval or price before they took engine apart, they said found the problem flywheel needs to be replaced, $1000.00 to take engine apart, to replace flywheel it will be $1800.00 more. We paid $1000.00 nothing was done , Don’t trust them, they are rude plus rip off place (Avoid them go somewhere else) they should get 0 stars

The place is very nice. My only complaint is I got charged $65 for a tire patch. Way too expensive but I needed it done

These guys kick ass. I was a new customer they were Friendly and turned my truck around quick. Pricing wasn’t the worst. Would be a solid place to utilize for your personal vehicle or fleet.

I’ve had my tires realigned and a purge valve replaced here. Don and his team have done a phenomenal job both times now! They have been informative on what was replaced and what needed to be done overall! Very easy to make an appointment, as well. They’re there for YOU and I really appreciate that! I had a great experience! Kathy is an absolute GEM! Her no nonsense approach made us feel like family and like we were going to be taken care of, not taken advantage of! My daughter’s car is running like new and got her back to school on time safely… thank you!

$300 for a diagnostic.
I called to make sure they worked on my engine. After confirmation from the shop, I drove my car over. I listed the problem with my engine, and they said they can rebuild it.
After one day, they said they won't work on it. They told me they don't work on vans. And charged me $300 for labor.

The service I receive from Cooper Service is what is keeping my 2014 Subaru humming. I am a widow and was looking for a company that would be qualified to repair my car without over charging me. I tell them your outfit gives me the care as if I was a relative. I highly recommend them.

Well, came to this shop based on the fact that my company services our fleet of service trucks here and I needed to work on my truck. Long story short, quote was 3500 total ended up being 4800 and my engine still has a knock. Was told for another 2500 they will get it fixed. After I told them for that money I can get a new engine I was told that was your choice.
We pulled our entire fleet of 200 trucks from these guys after this. They pry on private owners because they can’t make money on fleet vehicle repairs.

Cooper's provides great service and they are upfront and honest, you definitely get good value and know the job was done correctly. I used to live in the area and they took care of my personal vehicle no problem, now I part own a business with many trucks and after dealing with several other mechanics both cheap and expensive, Cooper's is my go to for repairs and advice, everyone else in the area seems to agree because if you pull up you'll see all types of vehicles and customers, and I'll happily drive from the city out to orland anytime. They even have good recommendations for other shops if they're booked up who I have gone to and gotten great service.

This business rocks they save us today when our medical support vehicle broke down on I-80 picked us up timely got us to their shop put new tires on had us back on the road in 2 hours these people are wonderful highly highly recommended
