Came to the store at 9:55 to get medicine. The door was locked and the employee ignored me and kept cleaning. This is bad business. You should honor you store hours.

The Pharmacy Dept at this store is awful! I have to hunt down my prescription every 15 days. If your doctor calls in a medication they do not have, do they tell the doctor? I've been frustrated for over a year because it keeps happening to me! And I have 41 years of healthcare/legal experience so I know what the standards of care are!!!!! Think next step is to let my insurance know about this place so they can reconsider their PBM vendor!

I work for a surgical office and I called to speak to one of the male pharmacists about one of the prescriptions we sent over for a patient. Whomever I spoke to on the phone was one of the Most unhelpful, unnecessarily rude people I have dealt with at a pharmacy. Highly recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere.

Irene was the only employee stocking shelves and then ringing up customers and gave us all great customer service and she needs to be commended on her outstanding customer service.

Every month I come here on Saturday morning to pick up prescription and every single month the pharmacy opens late. The pharmacist strolls in 15 minutes late with zero regard for anyone else
6th time in a row!

Yesterday my son has a food allergy (second time in his life). I rush to this pharmacy to get his epipen and I asked the pharmacist if she could administered him his epipen as I never done that before and I was so distressed seen my son swollen face and having his younger brother running around. The pharmacist said no and said she can teach me how to do it or go see my primary care physician or go to the hospital mean while I was seeing my son tearing with itching throat and swollen face. I left and rush the the closest urgent care. This woman is/was the definition of heartless. I am really thinking about taking legal action.

I went to CVS today to use a 30% off coupon on my CVS app. I wanted a tube of Aveeno sunscreen. I purchased it at the self-checkout using my CVS app. After checkout, I noticed it was rung up for $14.49, not the $12.79 on the shelf tag. Irene, the customer associate, said the tag was outdated & the price truly is $14.49. She continued saying she could try doing the transaction over again, but I may lose the 30% off coupon. Sure enough, the coupon was lost when she returned the item & rang it up again. She mentioned I should always check the price to make sure it's correct. WAIT, WHY SHOULD I DO CVS' JOB???? Is it too much to ask CVS to have the correct sales tags for its merchandise? Why are you putting the onus on the customer? So, I lost the coupon, spent about 30 min. in the store, & in the end, accomplished absolutely nothing. GIVE ME 1 GOOD REASON WHY I SHOULD SET FOOT IN A CVS AGAIN????Being honest now, these CVS app "deals" are NOT good deals. There always seem to be exclusions, price opaqueness or some problem at the store. I've noticed I'm shopping at CVS less over the past year. The experience today left a very bad taste in my mouth concerning CVS. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but some problem with these "great" deals has come up multiple times in the past & this was the straw that broke the camel's back. It is back to the Roman adage, "Buyer Beware."
