we saw a whole section of 50% off in the youth section. went to check out and when it came up full price the cashier was RUDE and called another girl over saying “she said it’s 50% off”. immediately the second girl gave a dirty look and said “it’s select items 50% off” … ok so we just get to guess which ones are? sure could have been me reading it wrong but their reactions and faces made me completely frustrated and we just walked out. will never go back to this location

Was doing a instacart a manager came to help me and told me I would be helped up stairs for me to sit there for 15 mins with no one coming to help she walked up stairs looked me in the eyes never said a word didn’t ask if I got help while watching me stand there it’s time for new management in there and she had bad hygiene

The Store manager Scott was so disrespectful. I do not know how they have someone like that running their store. I tried to return a sweater that still had the sensor on it that the cashier forgot to take off in the first place. I had my receipt and he still excused me of stealing. I feel highly disrespected and profiled. I will no longer be shopping at this location because of him.

Ordered a pair of On Cloud 5 athletic shoes which were delivered today locally via DoorDash. The shoes were dirty and very obviously worn, returned, and put back on the shelf to resell. Will be stopping by the Orland store for a full refund and mostly likely purchase elsewhere and cease using the Dick’s app for any future purchases.

What does it take to get someone to help you buy shoes? Sales person literally looked at me and when I asked for help she walked away, no acknowledgement ... nothing. As I stood there she pretended to straighten up a shelf.

Customer service there is bad and have attitude and I asked to speak to the manager she was worst I buy all gym stuff from there but unfortunately I tried to return one item but didn’t work out and gave me Hard time and they end up keeping my stuff and not refunding me the money I had to go back and fight for it and I end returning everything back to them after they threaten me to call the police I will never go there again

Today, I had a disappointing shopping experience while purchasing a pair of shoes. The saleswoman neglected to ensure that the shoes I received were a matching pair, and the cashier, Omar, also failed to notice the mistake. Upon returning home, I discovered that I had been given two left shoes in the box.

Horrible customer service!!
I called 30min prior to closing and asked 2 times for a specific product that they said they had in stock when I arrived to pick up it was a whole different item then what I called for and since they were closing they didn’t seem to care and were in a hurry to get me out I asked if they could accommodate price matching or any discounts for wasting my time and giving false information to which they didn’t not seem to care and did not
Do anything about it other than saying they’re already closed several times

Lots of customers in the shoe department and no salespeople to be found! Finally, after another customer and I looked around for a bit, I spotted a kiosk. I looked up what I wanted and pressed the button for it to be brought out to me. It said it was in stock. Finally a salesperson arrived and asked what he could get me. He wnt to get it then came back out asking my shoe size again. He wnt away to get my shoe and came back saying it was not in stock. There were at least 20 different customers. Eventually another salesperson arrived, and he ran into me! He did apologize, but I was standing right there for a moment and he still ran into me! The last time I was here (about a month ago) there was also no salesperson. I walked to the front counter to ask them to get someone. She also walked away for long periods of time and was the only person working (loosely used the term working because she, like today's associates, was barely working).

If you enjoy being followed around the whole store for the entirety of your shopping experience solely based on how you look and dress, then this is the place for you. Horribly obvious profiling from staff. The looks exchanged from employees when I pulled out my credit card at the register as if they were surprised I could afford what I bought is embarrassing and almost laughable. If I could give zero stars, I would.
