Today I called to see if an item I was looking for was in stock. The person told me that they were just receiving their shipment and would call me back to let me know if they got any. They kept their word and called back! Now this is EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I reached out to the Corporate Office to forward this compliment as well.”

“I googled this dollar general and this location has come up I seen the reviews and was a little weary due to the comments. This store is very nice workers are calm and inviting. I realize plenty that takes these reviews are impatient, and rude. I witnessed a lady hollering and belittling the cashier and manager over a coupon that was for wrong size item they were being so polite and she still was screaming out the door calling them idiots, I felt bad for them but they stayed very professional and calm. Love this location I will be back ?”
