Waited to check out for almost 5 minutes and nobody acknowledged me standing at the register. The manager even walked up and down the aisles saw me at the register by myself with items on the belt passing into another aisle and kept on walking she didn’t call anyone to help me either. I finally had enough and went to find someone ran into the same manager on another aisle and she didn’t ring me up she called someone else to do it.. The terminal was closed when I went to pay so they had to activate the register. Like I know it’s dollar tree but still this is unacceptable for the manager to see a customer standing at the register with no cashier and items on the belt and continue walking the aisles. The few times I do go to Dollar Tree I’ll be going to the one near Best Buy in Orland. I will say when she called the cashier they were very quick to get up to the register and she was very nice. My review is mostly about the manager. They should also seriously consider self checkout for this location based on how many others experienced no available cashiers/registers

I have no issue with the store it self, the people that work there are an absolute my nightmare. My son is non verbal autistic so he's very hyper. He'll make noises, and flap his hands, he will get a ballon and bounce it on his face, stimming, etc, the people that work here literally tell him to be quiet. They look at him like he is a complete nuisance, they give me dirty looks, They tell me to tell him to stop making so much noise. We've been here 3 times already and everytime we go in we spend well over $20-$30 its not like we just walk in here to make noise. They are so rude and so awful ive complained multiple times. If you have children with special needs and don't want them to get dirty looks, don't go here.

Dollar tree we went from being a dollar store, to $1.25 store, we skipped $1.50 store, and went right to $1.75 store. I am not happy with this and quite frankly I am not pleased with the drastic price change!

I don't usually shop at this Dollar Tree, but I was pleasantly surprised. They are clean, well-stocked, and quick and friendly cashiers. Definitely a good choice.

Spent $100 left with 5 bags, better than spending $2-300, and leaving the cart by the door and still having a free hand to get the car keys out.
