Booked there for 2 nights for our anniversary. Our first night was last night went there and the room was so outdated, the sheets and towels looked dingy. There was no hot water in neither sink but in the jacuzzi so weird. I brought my own Clorox wipes, and I was wiping things down, and my Clorox wipe was dirty. We purchased the most expensive room to get what we got was a disgrace. The lady at the front door was nice to refund us one of our nights back. We tried to stay but left at 5am to find a cleaner comfortable room. Essence Suites have to do better.

Decent experience, great staff, awful WiFi. I stayed in room 131 and the WiFi was constantly fluctuating so I was never online for more than a few seconds at a time. I typically bring a travel router with me that connect to hotel WiFi and produces its own WiFi signal so I have a private network within the hotel network. This lets me use a Chromecast and any other devices without worry about other hotel guests trying to connect to my gear. My phone and travel router, which has a stronger signal than my phone, was never able to get a solid connection. This is a shame but not a deal breaker.If any admins at this location see this review, please look into a wireless networking company called Ubiquiti and their UniFi product line. They offer VERY affordable WiFi access points, wireless bridges, routers, cameras, etc. Hire a local MSP to come out and install access points in each room and isolate the clients on the network for the security of the guests. You can provide much better Internet service these days for a really low cost. I've been to very rural Mom and pop hotels that use these devices and have had better WiFi than most 3-star hotels I've been to.Otherwise, my stay was excellent. The TV in my room has a faulty LCD display that produced horizontal lines and flashing data at the bottom half of the display. Not a big deal, but could be replaced for a low cost. Oh also, the soundbar in my room was loosely attached to the wall, they make these neat soundbar mounts that look like hockey sticks that let you mount the soundbar under/over the TV and still allows for a wall arm. This ensures that when you articulate the TV, the soundbar always points in the same direction as the TV. Highly recommend that, as well!

Me and my boyfriend really had a great time. The room was nice and clean. They were really nice at the front desk.! I got to do a late check out with no problem. Everything was amazing I really enjoyed my birthday weekend here at the essence !

My check in process was very easy and accommodating , every employee treated me nice and greeted me with a smile , the room was nice clean and very decorated. They even print out instructions on how to use everything in the room and a map to help you get around . The location is very convient and by a lot of other places my stay was amazing and I definitely recommend

My trip to Arizona was postponed last minute but I didn’t want my vacation time to go to waste. I made a last minute reservation to Essence Suites and they did not disappoint. I had a wonderful visit and would recommend this place to anyone!!

We enjoyed our stay! It was quiet, the room was big, jacuzzi was huge! My husband enjoyed the steamroom. Make sure to ask about any extras at the front desk!

It was my wife's birthday weekend and I was told she would get complimentary rose petals, balloons and sparkling wine. Well when we checked in, none of that happened. I called the front desk and they apologized and offered a free robe and some candles. We got the candles and bath balls. The night went pretty good until it was time to get some sleep and that's when we realized these beds were not meant for sleeping..I might as have made camp on the floor, the bed was hard. We woke up and checked out before 9am. While getting dressed I noticed some small bugs all around. This place needs to be renovated, upgraded and newly owned. Needless to say, we won't be back.
