Do not order anything online and expect for it to be delivered in a timely fashion. Ordered a shirt that was supposed to be delivered in 3 days, and it has yet to be received, we are now going on an entire week and was told by Express Corporate that I needed to wait 13 business days before I could file a claim. When I contacted UPS, they said that the package was lost in delivery, probably stolen. My advice; don’t order anything from Express Men online. Ridiculous

The sales associate/ manager Michael was not helpful to his customers. I was just exchanging a pair of pants for a smaller size, they didn’t have them inside the store. So he wanted to charge me for shipping while being an Express loyalty member. I had to call corporate in order to get the matter resolved.

I was in to return a pair of jeans that I purchased online and was given the hardest time by who I later found out is the new store manager. Every time I have had an online return I usually have the email pulled up, but I’ve been told that I did not need it that they had to look it up with my information. This last time I went the man was really rude and annoyed that I didn’t have a receipt, but they never send a physical receipt with any online orders. If this is the store manager clearly he needs to be trained better. How can you run a store and not know how your own systems work? He made me feel like I was a huge inconvenience to him and he was extremely rude. If this is the store leader and he has poor customer service like this I don’t think I’ll be returning to shop at this location anymore.

Buyer beware! I purchased an outfit 6/15/24. I was unaware that Express changed their return policy. No returns and NO EXCHANGES/ STORE CREDIT post 30 days! I tried to return the item on 6/20 — just 5 days late. They would not return the item. They would NOT give me an in-store credit. I even called corporate. I’m done with them. $119 down the drain.
I realize I was beyond the 30 day window. I can accept that. I was dismayed that the Company (which I have been shopping with since the 1980s!) would not be flexible with the STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE given their policy used to be 60 days. Of course there are no signs posted and no one mentioned this when I purchased the item.
Yuck! No more Express for me.

Stop shopping at express. You are no longer able to make exchanges, even with a receipt.
This is ridiculous. I am canceling my credit card with them and will be shopping elsewhere from now on. I’ve shopped here strictly since 09 but this changes absolutely everything.

This was the store I had never thought to look in, but we found our daughter's graduation outfit in here, and she loved it . The sales person that helped us did an amazing job with what she was looking for. Everything is a good price. Thank you for making my daughter's experience a great one.

I frequently visit the Express Clothing store in Orland Park, which is a contemporary clothing store for both women and men. Every time I go there to complete online returns, I have never had a bad experience. The employees are friendly and pleasant, and the transactions are fast and efficient. The store has a wide variety of styles that cater to everyone's taste, and their prices are reasonable.

Vary rude staff . You guys should hire professional people or at least have a Manner , a guy his name Mohammad he couldn’t help me for a return so he ask for a manager to help when the manager came to help me he stud up next to her trying to tell her what to do and confused her . If you can’t help me and you ask for manager for help why don’t you leave the manager to do her jobI would like for someone to contact me from the corporate office
