Would give 0 starts if possible, needed a label for a return and had a qr code for the worker to scan. Instead he gave me a card to upload it and print the label myself. I paid for the print expecting the right info just to find out he had me do the wrong thing. Now I have to come back and redo everything.

Was greeted immediately upon entering with my package to return - the kindest male employee walked me through the self-service kiosk and it was the quickest thing. Came here after being completely ignored at the office Depot down the street (they have FedEx drop-off). Great service here.

I’ve been here many times and they’re always so helpful when it comes to photocopying and when I bring my packages in, they are always friendly and helpful. I feel their service Is outstanding.

I was in the store using the self service printer when I overheard a conversation between a customer and the Manager Sunni and employee Ethan. The customer was very rude and upset after deleting her own emails. She wanted someone to blame for her own doing. Manager Sunni and employee Ethan went above and beyond to help the customer to no avail. The customer at one point demanded to see Manager Sunni’s phone to browse her personal email! In the end Manager Sunni and employee Ethan did a phenomenal job at being professional. I always come to this location because I am always helped when needed and able to print documents with no issue. Thank you for all of your staff for being professional, helpful and kind.
