I’m usually not one to write bad reviews but I had a terrible experience here. I went to and since they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in stock, they had to order them to ship to me. I told them I needed women’s 9, mens 7.5. I got the shoes a week later and they were a men’s 9, women’s 10.5. I went to exchange them so they could order the correct size. The girl helping was very nice but even after specifying several times that I need women’s 9 which is a men’s 7.5, they ordered a 7. Just got them in the mail today and they’re a women’s 8.5 so I still ended up with the wrong size. I’m not going back a third time when the store isn’t even close to me just for them to possibly mess up again.

Bought some Nike Airmax pants from there
Went back the next Day because they had some manufacture defect they didn’t do anything to reimburse me and the reason was that I was wearing them already not going back in there no more bad Business worst experience ever I paid almost $100 for these pants

They gave me two right pair of shoes “after checking” and no receipt and the manager was rude when I went up in there I got bad vibes I wish I never purchased anything from this store!! I’ve called customer service and they hand up on me and the store is unable to “find” my receipt.

My son bought me a pair of tennis shoes for 170 dollars for my birthday. They gave him the wrong size and when I tried to exchange it after I misplaced the box, they were rude and kept switching me between employees and gave me a phone number for customer services that has nothing to do with store purchases.

Useless employees... Every time I go in they don’t actually want to help you. No one greets me, no one checks in with me and sees if I need assistance. They also never have your size (or employees are too lazy to actually check when you track down their attention). What are they getting paid to do then?

This is my worst experience ever. I went to the store to exchange my son shoes. I had my receipt and was told to enter my email address. I told them I do not have an email that I would like to use for marketing purposes. I was told I could not do the exchange because I have to enter my email address or I can’t exchange. I said since I have my receipt I want a refund. He said no I cannot although I had my original receipt. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. He called the Orlando park police because I wanted a refund. I called corporate while in the store and they told me to just put any email address in . They called the manager and he refused to refund me my money. He again refused. They are very raciest here. I read the back of my receipt and it’s nothing on there that says I have to have an email to return. This was very embarrassing and racially motivated. Only gave a 1 star so I can post. The attached picture is the racist manager. He refused to give me his name.

Grace was hands down the best!!! She helped me look for the exact shoes I was looking for, her dedication to her job and customer service skills are unmatched. Store manager was great as well!

Worst experience ever. I had one guy help who didn’t want to. When I kept asking questions he was walking away, talking to people on the ear piece and when I asked him for other sizes he told me to ask someone else. I asked several workers for help and no one ever bought me my shoes. I waited for 30 minutes. One guy kept walking past me laughing with the original guy who didn’t want to help. One guy was flirting with girls who wasn’t buying anything and when I asked him for help he seemed high off drugs. I had to take the shoe I wanted and walk up to the register to ask to try it on so I may buy it. I asked who the manager was. The cashier pointed to the childlike individual next to her. She wasn’t worried about my concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I haven't been to this mall in years and they are limited on shoe stores in here. This place is horrible .

Went in to simply return shoes. Black girl at the register was rude and had an attitude. Based on other reviews this seems to be the norm at this store. Perhaps hire people that know how to interact with customers.
