Terribly unprofessional staff. Manager is late all the time, mismanages his employees and the store as a whole. Omar needs to go, the whole staff needs an overhaul. Jordan and Capri are the only employees that should stay. Fire everyone else‼️

If there was an option with for a 0 star I would . Been in there a few times in the last new months one day no help and very rude black hair white short service lady few times I was there I was with another girl then last time I was there I was with my trans sibling and the girl was being a bully talking in her walking talkie not sure why but it had happend every time I was there. I will never shop at this location again last time I was there another team member did call her out . Just ridiculous good luck making sals with people working for you like that. As well as made people I was with super uncomfortable. Not once but multiple times.and if I ever go in there again I won’t spend my money at a place like that.

Want to say thank you to the guy at the register for accommodating me with my lap top *laughing* he’ll know when he sees this. I was able to grab something for my sis and kid. And get a double bag to conceal my lap top I forgot a bag for! Thank you again and have a amazing day!

So sad I didn’t catch a name but there was a black gentleman working here with locs and he was great! He was very helpful, polite and full of personality. I wish every store had employees like him!!

June 14 2:00 pm sassy guy on register worse customer service ever I see now why so many people reviews are 1 star . My first time doing a shein return at forever 21 will never go back there . If he don't like his job shouldn't be working in customer service .

Yelp 100 Challenge 2017: 61/100:This store is HUGE!Located on Dolphin Mall, on the "Fashion" side (#4), you will find a very beautiful looking store... Chandeliers and all hanging from the ceiling!Including both men and women's department, this store does not disappoint. Giving you a variety of clothes. From professional attire to casual, "going to the movies", clothes. From a "night out in town", to dressy gowns. This place has it all. Oh yeah, even the shoes and accessories you will need to go with that outfit.A bit overpriced, for my liking, bit definitely has a range of styles and prices, so do not hesitate to check it out. Specially the accessories, which are very diverse and low in price.Finally, since the store is pretty big, there's lots of employees to help and guide you. Also, nice and comfortable fitting rooms.
