Racist staff and the merchandise is so vanilla. This location may as well be a Gap Outlet. This store is on its way out. Ye couldn't even revive it.

It’s hilarious to read reviews if people mad they can’t return/exchange after 30 days !! All stores are 30 days. That sounds like sour grapes ? gap employees are nice helpful & the store always looks great & well stocked ??

Went in to switch a shirt for my toddler one size bigger and they wouldn’t even exchange it because I was past the 30 days I told her what were my options she said nothing just keep it and I told her so I’m supposed to keep a $30 dress shirt that doesn’t fit my toddler because you guys can’t just exchange it for a size up and she just said yeah pretty much

Gap used to be an affordable alternative but their prices are now outrageous!!! One hoodie was almost $100!!! Never will I shop there again.

I hate shopping but when I have to I always go to the gap in orland park mall. The store is always clean & looks organized and put together. The staff always helps me with sizes & are cheerful.

Pat helped us find clothes for my grandson. He didn't really want to try on the clothes but she was very efficient. So we were able to get him new clothes that fit and he liked. It didn't take very long so he looks great and likes wearing his new clothes

Always have a good sale. Clearance has a variety of stuff for women. Trudy greets you with a big ole smile. Not super crowded. Love all the great deals they have to offer. Store is always neat and clean. Love, love, love this store it's my favorite.
