Excellent Customer Service by Tray in shoe department. I was struggling to buy my son, soccer cleats. I could not tell the difference. He came up to us & offered his expertise. Gave us different sizes & helped us. My son is very happy with his new soccer cleats. During check out Zack also has great customer service. They did not dismiss us. They treated us nice, kind & did not brush us off. Dick’s should be proud of these young men.

Saturday Nov-8-25.....
This was my first time shopping in this place. Is so organized, clean but the best part for me was the CUSTOMER SERVICE the moment you enter they say hello, during my shopping they ask us if we need any help, and the cashier so nice.. keeping in mind that the store is busy ang long line.... The way this young adults work with each other makes them the best team..

Wanted to commend one of your employees. I was looking to purchase tennis shoes for an upcoming tournament and couldn’t find the right size for a specific shoe I wanted. Tyler, unfortunately notified me they did not have the right size for me. However, he used his tennis knowledge to help me find other options that worked. Thank you for your help Tyler!

This place is huge! Coming here is like playing hide and seek with my own clothes — except the joke’s on me, because apparently size Large just doesn’t exist in this store. Maybe they think normal-sized humans are mythical creatures? Every rack is either toddler crop tops or circus tents, no in-between.

I love this store. First time visit. I spent time with Tyler a manager. I had questions looking for certain sizes. He helped me so polite. I purchased quite a few adidas items. 2 items jogging pants not in stock he ordered them for me. Great low prices and free shipping to my house. 5 star service. Great experience 👍.

Zach was extremely disrespectful and used swear words when I had been checking out. Unbelievable experience and when I would ask a question he would just look at me. Never do I ever write a bad review but this was too much.

This store has good deals and staples for workout clothes depending on when you shop it. The best time to go is around black Friday when they have the biggest sales. If you have a Dicks loyalty card you can get a percentage off once a year and that's the best time to use that coupon on a large purchase. I usually buy gifts and my workout clothes then.
My staple workout items from here are $8 womens shirts that last forever and wash well, sports bras, joggers/yoga pants and gym shorts. You can also find name brands like Patagonia, Nike, etc. but have to know at what price point it's worth buying them or they can be too expensive.
You can sometimes find good deals on kids clothing at the change of the season as well as kids shoes.
Overall it's a great place to buy athletic wear and items for the gym. If you are looking more for hiking or outdoor gear then I would recommend the Sierra store.
