They had a 0 minute wait time for over an hour and when I went in a stylist was just sitting in a chair on her phone. I had checked in asked for a wash and just two space buns no heat or anything and was refused because they said they don’t have 3 people on staff so they would refuse. Don’t waste your time here.

I went in for a haircut. I told her I wanted it shoulder length and she cut my hair chin length.The way she cut my hair made my hair look absolutely ridiculous. I now have no choice but to wear my hair up in a ponytail. I'm very upset and won't be returning or recommending great clips to anyone.

unbelievable All workers there zero experience and No respect for customer Today, Sunday, one of the workers there started cutting my hair, and by her holding the razor, you could tell that she had no experience, and her hands were shaking and she moved from the right side of my head to the left side without any knowledge of where to start. As a result, I asked her colleagues for help to fix what was damaged in my hair, but they all refused and remained sitting playing on their phones. She cut half of my eyebrows and said, “I’m sorry,” after she disfigured my face, as each eyebrow is different from the other. This shop should be sued legally.

Took my son here for a haircut. The lady who works there (Michelle) was very unwelcoming. It looks like she hates her job. She messed up my sons hair. I will not be returning to this location.

The two women who cut mine in my wife's hair were wonderful during the ending of the haircut. When I was asking my wife what she thought of my hair, a random worker came out from the back and asked my wife how she keeps me so well trained. I don't know about everyone else who goes there but I don't like being one referred to in the third person and two referred to as if I'm a dog. The amount of disrespect was incredible and I will not be coming here again. The woman who spoke to me who was a red-haired fair-skinned woman needs training on how to speak to people. It's absolutely disgusting that you would refer to customers in such a way. Shame on you!
