What can you say—it’s a tool store, and guys love tool stores! But all jokes aside, the staff here is awesome. Super helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist with whatever you need. Great selection, great prices, and even better customer service. Can’t ask for more!

Cashier at this location named Mary has horrible customer service. She was huffing and puffing the whole time checking us out. Not only that but while we were looking around she was arguing with other customers.

I go to the harbor freight from time to time the only person I would say I have problems with is older lady that works at the register she was working there tonight every time I ask for help she seems to have an attitude I'm going to try not to deal with that woman no more no personality

I didn't catch the lady's name that helped us with our cork project purchases last night. She was super helpful, legit looking up stuff on her phone❤️ She was hilarious and friendly. Also, didn't judge that I accidently left in my slippers🤣

First time here at this Orland location and horrible experience with the lady at the register. She had an attitude. Never coming here again!

I always come here to do shopping for my shops needs..
But not anymore with this lady on the cash register giving me an attitude whe she answers and talks.
If you have a bad day as customer service the best thing to do is to take a day off.
