When I first discovered HassleLess Mattress I was skeptical about how it would actually work, but I was blown away by the experience! My son and I, both serious introverts, went to the Orland Park location to find a mattress for him. We were the only ones in the store, so were able to test out mattresses to our hearts content. It was strange to enter a mattress store and not be bombarded by sales people, for me (and probably most people) the worst part about shopping for furniture. HassleLess made shopping a dream. My son was able to pick a mattress and then we came home and ordered and by the next day the mattress, boxspring and pillow were here! I'm looking forward to returning to shop for a mattress for my husband and I.

Literally came here to see a purple mattress and they didn't have any. Why advertise it if you can't provide.

Hassleless is hassleless. Interacting with mattresses, ordering, and delivery are a snap. However, they do send up-sale emails after the order.

Great experience. All the time in the world to try different mattresses without having a salesperson standing over you. Delivery was outstanding!

No stars. When you call about their floor models they tell you "oh I'm sorry, those are not floor models we didn't change the signage". They don't honor signage. I asked about two different mattresses and she said the same thing. Shady company, I would not consider shopping here again. I spoke on the phone to someone named Izzy.

Everything went fine. Not used to not having a salesperson pressuring you into buying. Had number to call with any questions. Which l did took our time and found the perfect bed. Price was good free box spring delivery and removal of old mattress. Delivery went well. Driver called 15 minutes before delivery. Which was nice. Both drivers very nice and did a great job. Will definitely recommend to others.

The whole experience was really good: no salesperson at the store to hover over my wife and I. The store was very clean and bright. We tried several mattresses and ultimately ordered online. We shopped at other mattress stores and the prices at HassleLess were a bit less than the competition. The delivery and setup was performed right on time and by a courteous delivery team. They even pointed out that we did not need the frame as the one we already had would fit the bed. We will definitely use again when in the market for a mattress!
