Yesterday I got the worst news ever that my ring was no longer in stock. I called Helzberg sad and stressed ! TINA was very nice, sweet, and sympathetic towards my situation! She called around and got me help so FAST! She turned my whole night around ! I’m so so happy. TINA you are a LIFESAVER!

I bought a beautiful engagement ring, and it was better than I expected.
Bought it online for a great price, and it was ready for pick up in a very reasonable amount of time.
I went to pick it up and was very content.
I brought the ring back to be resized and was assisted by Tina. She cared for us very patiently and helped to enjoy every moment of our experience. Looking forward to doing business with them for a long time!

The customer service at the Orland location is by far superior. Abel and Lisa are very attentive, knowledge, and provided top notch service
While coming in to get service for jewelry, they both were very helpful with picking out enhancements. They did not rush me or try to make me buy things I did not want. Great service and thanks for calling your customers.
