I used Hortons in LaGrange for the lighting in my new build. We had to close on our home without all of our lighting being installed. We are missing fixtures and parts to several lights. I call and email every day to track these items down and never get a response. My rep is ALWAYS with a customer. Whenever I speak to her (if she happens to answer the phone) she tells me that she is too busy and will look into snd get back to me. This company all about getting new business but once they have your money, you don’t matter.

John was an absolute delight today assisting me with picking lights for my entire home! He was patient and he and his assistant (sorry I didn't get her name) even looked for lights online for me. Their outlet pricing is very, very reasonable as well!!! Thank you!! I am a customer for life and will definitely refer to friends.

I felt very unwelcome in the store. The staff seemed to help other customers that looked like them. I walked in looking to spend money as I had viewed the website prior. Knowing what I wanted to buy already.

Couldn't stand her bedroom fixture didn't throw off enough light we have a high ceiling it's about 10 foot off the ground and the light just was crappy I went over to this Lighting Pl., Hortons and the people there were very very helpful and I not only bought a new bedroom fixture but we bought another one for another room I think this place is great
