Amber is awesome! So helpful and went above and beyond. When I was on the hunt for blind boxes she grabbed me more from the back. The time before she helped me find sanrio minis and convinced me to buy two teeturtle blind boxes. Everytime I’ve gone in they have been a ray of sunshine. I have fallen off going into HT in any frequency but she makes me want to come back due to the quality customer service.

This is one of the best stores ever! I love everything about it and the workers are really great too! I went there today and the cashier was really nice. Her name was Chris and she was really nice and very helpful. I will always go to this store for my anime / Sonic the hedgehog merch!

The store did not have the size I wanted. So I purchased, had to be on a card , no cash, for delivery to store. I was told should be delivered in a couple of days. I checked my email for a week and no notice to pick up. When I called the store they could not find the order. I had to call customer service, the representative there was very difficult to understand, English was not the representatives native language and the foreign accent was very difficult to understand. After a long time, I was told my article was on a back order to be delivered in maybe 5 months. My credit card was charged immediately, I was told my purchase would be ready in day. I received no notification about a back order to wait 5 months. Why should hot topic receive interest for almost a 1/2 year on my money.? I cancelled order. Rediculous!!
