  Horrible customer service. Needed a statement. Live in Florida so I can’t access my line account for 2023. My other banks like Chase and BMO no problem.

  Terrible service, the ATM never works how ugly that we have such ugly branches, being a very good area, I’m thinking of changing banks

  This place is extremely slow ! No matter how early you come or how late you come you’ll be in line for at least 20 minutes and it doesn’t be crowded . Customer service is good though.
